[The New Velociraptor Empire]

"What is wrong with buying Girl Scout cookies? Cookies are very good...." Jacob asked, scratching his head, and wondering why they would ground their kids for that.

"It's a long, long... long story," said Giovenith with a sense of finality.

"It is, now who volunteers to watch the kids?" Gretta said as she and Neil stepped through the passage into the lab. Scarface entered through a conventional door on the other side and placed the corpse on the slab in the center of the "Lazarus" equipment.

[Torsiedelle]

Katya looked at the floor, then to Dora, then side to side. "Okay....I...I just have to get this out of my system. It builds up like a pressure that'll blow some day!"

She leaned in and pressed her lips against Dora's, and didn't pull away.

"Hey, Torii." Rylli smiled. "I'm fine so far, it's looking to stay like that."

"I hope everything goes well. I'm sure it will, though. I can't wait to see the baby!"

[The BranRiech]

Rylli aknowledged Torii and turned to Pippa Michelle. Her face conveyed motherly warmth, as well as much thanks. "Pippa, I could never have done without your help, thank you." She dipped her head as she waited for the operation to begin.

[Cerillium]

The figure pulled out a tiny notebook and a bird's quill and scribbled something on it. A jar of spaghetti sauce appeared in midair, and he caught it and handed it to Klaus.

"Danke!" The former Nazi transferred the tree to the crook of his arm and took the jar from the stranger. He flashed a smile before running down the street in search of Allied forces to harass.

"Alright, if you're done visiting, we can begin." Ogoti returned to the room with his Attending (which is not to be confused with the modern use of the word). The woman shooed Torii and Pippa Michelle to the other side of the room.

[The BranRiech]

Bran complied and gave his wife one last kiss on the cheek before retreating to the other side of the room with his friends. He figured they would let him know if he could stay by her side though, as he forgot that detail.

[Urran]

Yoshi nodded to Bran. "Yes, it's a little warm though" he commented and led his friend to the spa. Guy time was good every once in a while, besides, he and Bran had never had their talk. But when Bran had to go he went alone. He was still there a actually, in shot tub by himself. It felt good to get away.

[Giovenith]

"Wait, you mean us?" Giovenith asked the raptor parents. "You'd trust us with your kids?"

The golem did what it did best and complied, standing far against the wall with Torii and Bran.

[Erucia]

Ray had learned that it's always enjoyable for those with fur to use a blow dryer rather than a simple towel, reasoning being rather obvious. Of course, he didn't feel that Albert was understanding his concept quite as well. "Kitty, you're puffing up my fur! Now it's all standing up," Ray huffed as he sat in the bathroom, wondering why he was letting his boyfriend try and use the blow dryer on him.

"Wait, you mean us?" Giovenith asked the raptor parents. "You'd trust us with your kids?"

"Well someone has to keep an eye on them. And I don't see a reason why not one of you can." Neil said.

Next to the piano Swift stuffed marshmallows into his mouth trying to beat his brothers record. "Go! Go! Go!" Robert and Jenny cheered him on.

Bran complied and gave his wife one last kiss on the cheek before retreating to the other side of the room with his friends. He figured they would let him know if he could stay by her side though, as he forgot that detail.

Ogoti rasied his sleek eyebrow at the man. "Go be with your wife." He chuckled and showed the expectant father were to stand.

True to his word, Rylli didn't feel any pain. She felt pressure at times as Ogoti used his energy to naturally manipulate her body through the birthing process. He paused a few times with his hands on her belly. He explained to both parents that the baby was breech (which wasn't something to worry about) and he wanted to make certain the umbilical cord wasn't wrapped around him (which would have been something to worry about.) The whole process took only twenty minutes and soon Rylli felt a wet bundle slip from her into Attending's hands.

The baby didn't cry right away (which was normal). Ogoti cleared away the mucus plugs in the babe's nose and the fluid from his mouth. The newborn wailed at that point. The god recorded his vitals and then washed off the blood and wrapped him in a blanket. He presented the child to his mother.

"Happy mother's day, Rylli," he whispered. The Attending would clean up the mess around Rylli. She would be sore after the beverage wore off but not in too much discomfort.

[New Aksarben]

Octavian, still oblivious to anyone else in the room, continued playing the piano, moving onto other songs by Beethoven. He had stopped his cackling, but was still grinning like a madman.

Yoshi was walking back from the spa, it was a quiet night and he took the time to gaze into sho windows on his way. He had no idea Tolya was being born. He had wanted to be there for it.

"I can look after the kids," Jacob offered, smiling. "They shouldn't be too much more to handle than a human kid..... wait, human kids aren't as smart as they are by the age they already are.... But I should not have too much trouble."

"Good, just watch out for the camelions. Come along Gio." Neil said as he slipped past the fireplace passage and into the lab.

"Danke!" The former Nazi transferred the tree to the crook of his arm and took the jar from the stranger. He flashed a smile before running down the street in search of Allied forces to harass.

The figure waved, and then disappeared in a fast-fade straight out of 1990s PowerPoint presentations.

Katya looked at the floor, then to Dora, then side to side. "Okay....I...I just have to get this out of my system. It builds up like a pressure that'll blow some day!"

She leaned in and pressed her lips against Dora's, and didn't pull away.

"Something to look forward to," Dora mumbled, before pulling away slowly and winking.

While the experience was sure not painful, it was a weird experience though, but definitely worth it as both parents layed eyes on the small bundle in Rylli's arms, both with tears streaming down their cheeks as brilliant brown eyes looked back at them, crying.

"Tolya . . ." Rylli said. Bran repeated the name silently.

Pippa-Michelle's eyes had been widening and widening throughout the whole process till the very end. THAT was where fleshies came from? Other fleshies? Interesting... and something about it, though strange, was... remarkably beautiful. There was something about the way a fleshy was born that made a golem's creation even paler in her mind, that life could come from warmth and emotion rather than spare knick-knacks and charms had before been beyond her limited power of imagination. Getting to see it in real life blew what was left of her mind away, said presumed metaphorical bomb lodging many questions and wonders into her thoughts at the same time.

Giovenith blinked, shrugged, then complied, following the raptor into the lab.

"Well, it reminds me of what happens to my tail, Ray..... How do you recommend I dry you off? I think we'd get distracted again if I used a towel." Albert teased, kissing Ray on one of his ears. "Well, if you show me how to do this correctly, it would save us both time getting dry I'd think!

"Ugh, fine! Give me that, you sexy little...", Ray giggled and grabbed the dryer from Albert, applying it close to his fur and in the direction that he wanted it to lay. He worked his way through his arms, and then handed the dryer back. "That's how you do it. Wanna do my back and legs, or is that it for now? Besides, we've already gotten distracted twice already!"

[Urran]

Yoshi entered the building and knocked on Bran's door, he wanted to tell him that a certain store was having a sale on baby clothes. That might be useful information

"Yeah, that we did." Albert said blushing a bit. "I can do your back and legs, mei Vulpes" He took the dryer back, and mimicked his technique in drying Ray's back and legs. "I wonder if that technique would work for my tail? I also wonder why I haven't figured this out before." He chuckled a bit at that.

"Perhaps it's because you're more of a guy who doesn't really care about his appearance, although you're extremely lucky to have it," Ray warmly whispered as he blushed a little from the fact that he lacked a towel. "Do I do your tail and ears next?"

[Torsiedelle]

Torii's jaw dropped. She couldn't wrap her head around how a baby could come out from there, even thought she already knew how. She marveled at the sight, and, when the baby was brought out, she sniffled. "It's awesome.", She said. "I feel so happy for you guys."

Katya winked back. "I hope I can do this again some time. I'm good for now, though. So, see you around, Dora!"

"Play your cards right and you will," drawled Dora, as she headed back across to her apartment.
