I support peace in Israel and Palestine. The governments and people in power on all sides are an absolute disgrace, and their unwillingness to pursue peace is a disservice to the people they are meant to be serving. The status quo is not simply untenable; it is unquestionably unacceptable.

Now, when does the debate or voting begin surrounding the Judiciary Act?

Because it's 2 am where I, and presumably many others in the Senate, are?

Which is why debate times should last for a good period, so people from all time zones have ample opportunity to read the bill in question.

Actually voting on the last bill ended 15 hours ago. And people have several times been informed that debate was going on during that time period.

Did it? Where is the announcement?

Also, I believe we were waiting for the Justice bill to be x-ed enough to move up the queue. There's little point in debating the LLA if it is only going to be bumped back by the Justice Bill.

Also also, I'm waiting for the admins to decide whether or not all debates regarding bills should take place in the NS Senate debate thread, leaving the chamber open to votes and motions only.

11 hours ago, I announced that RCPA voting had ended. About 9 hours ago, I also said that the Judicial Act, not the LLA, was up for debate. I also made sure that people understood this by saying it again 3 hours ago. Little debate has occurred.

Apologies if my times are off, I have my forum clock in UTC for voting deadline purposes, so I may be a bit confused. The point is that such announcements were made.

It has been 21 hours since the debate on Judicial Act and Terrorism Investigation Act began, and there has been no debate so far.
Therefore, I move that we end debate and start voting.
