Actually voting on the last bill ended 15 hours ago. And people have several times been informed that debate was going on during that time period.

Did it? Where is the announcement?
Also, I believe we were waiting for the Justice bill to be x-ed enough to move up the queue. There's little point in debating the LLA if it is only going to be bumped back by the Justice Bill.
Also also, I'm waiting for the admins to decide whether or not all debates regarding bills should take place in the NS Senate debate thread, leaving the chamber open to votes and motions only.
