Subject:Naval/Aviation Purchase
Dear Sir,
While the order you have put together is very impressive and we would like to fill it, we have a concern before we give our complete approval. The Pijl Class Arsenal Ship is without conventional defensive capabilities, and requires at least 1 escort vessel per two ships, if not ideally a 1:1 ratio. It is strongly recommended that your order be updated to reflect this. However if you would prefer the order as is we will approve it; we look forward to your reply.
Sincerely,
Randall Fabian,
Director-General

From Head of Foreign Acquisition, Ministry of National Defense
After our previous purchases regarding upgrades to our naval forces, we have found them to be highly satisfactory. We are really pleased with the quality and effectiveness of the armaments and vessels provided. We are currently in the process of modernizing and upgrading our Armed forces. As our Ministry has been allocated additional funds by the Ministry of Coordination, we are inclined to seek your recommendation for the the arming and equipment for our land forces. Here are our following requests:
---------------
Arcanum Armament recommendation for:
10 Army Divisions
3 Artillery Divisions (artillery and rocket troop oriented)
3 Armored Divisions
1 Shock Division (Mechanized Shock oriented division)
*Each division should be allocated the necessary combat equipment and other necessary items for supply lines and transportation
--------------------------
Once we receive the recommendation for the armament and equipment for each division from Arcanum Arms, we will consider the proposed plans with the Minister of National Defense and the Parliment. We are fully capable to pay the expenses, both immediately and over spans of time, however, we hope for the price to be reduced to a minimum.
Sincerely,
Colonel Hans Damon
