Voss Defence Incorporated, abbreviated V.D.I., was founded in 1983 by a small group of six veteran soldiers from the special forces branch of the Tergnitzian military. In this capacity the company focused on providing supremely experienced and skilled ex-Special Operations personnel in a bodyguard capacity for various VIPs within Tergnitz. This enterprise was surprisingly successful, tapping into a previously unrecognized and unsatisfied need among the Tergnitzian elite for top-quality security services that could be provided on a continual basis. It was this success that allowed for and prompted Voss Defence’s movement into the then crowded private military sector.

Five years down the track, Voss personnel were being used in both a training and bodyguard capacity not only by the wealthy elite of the Righteous Imperial Dominion of Tergnitz, but also by the governments of numerous smaller developing nations in attempts to improve their security situation or increase their military power projection. However, the strongest example of V.D.I's monumental growth came on the 2nd of November, 1998, which saw Voss Defence successfully outmaneuver twelve other PMCs to gain a ten-year security provision contract with the Tergnitzian Ministry of Justice. Voss Defence has since evolved into the largest and most extensively used private military corporation within both the public and private spheres of the Dominion.

Voss Defence Incorporated, currently commands the firepower equal to that of a small developing nation with nearly four million employees, who have a wide range of job roles, from ground and air support, to bodyguard and training support roles. Voss Defence primarily takes contracts nowadays from small to medium governments, who may desire extensive training for their Armed Forces, security support for important Government buildings, or even outright military assistance in open conflicts.

In order to complete a deployment order, Voss Defence requires several details from any prospective customer, irregardless of whether said customer is a governmental or non-governmental entity. The first detail required is a rough outline of the mission that the customer will require V.D.I's employees to perform, while the second is a general indication of the type and amount of forces the customer believes is necessary to accomplish the aforementioned mission. From this point, Voss Defence requires customers to specify the amount of time - in months or years - that the forces will be required for; and whether these forces are to be deployed in an immediate (within two [2] months), or staged (six to twelve [6-12] months) fashion. Finally, for the purpose of pricing, V.D.I requires that customers inform Voss Defence as to their current state of conflict, ranging from: [Total War] - [Regional Conflict] - [Limited War] - [Minor Conflict] - [Mobilization] - [High Tensions] - [Complete Peacetime]

Voss Defence Inc. military contractors aka "Voss Mercenaries" are available for deployment anywhere in the world. The deposit cost incurred by nations wishing to purchase military deployments, without specifying an exact mission, is simply to do with the fact that these contractors are being taken off the open market and placed at the sole disposal of the host nation. Furthermore, all communications between V.D.I and foreign parties is considered to be SIC and hence these transmissions are heavily encrypted. In regards to military deployments with a specified mission, the cost incurred by the purchasing nation includes transportation to and from your nation, food, equipment and materiel and various levels of hazard pay, depending on the exact mission parameters. Unless the host nation allows Voss Defence Inc. to open a local branch in their nation, they are responsible for housing the contractors, transporting them to and from the conflict zone, and providing medical care in the event that a contractor is injured. Military contractors may not have their tours of duty extended without first consulting Voss Defence Inc. Host nations purchasing military deployments automatically consent and agree to these terms when they transfer the required monetary amount from their national treasury to the bank account of Voss Defence Inc.

We do not have set prices because of the very specialized missions we preform. We customize the price as per the contract. Now as for the partnership we would lend our names to each others business which we will come up with soon. We will provide the special operations side of the partnership, where as your company will cover the major combat missions. We each will be allowed to keep our individual store fronts and current services, but our teams will become more integrated from one joint training camp, ours is on 80 acres(I think, i will check after i post this) of land with its own airbase and naval base and dry docks. We are also have our own power plant, munitions plant, and aircraft manufactory on site, but if you have another suggestion go right ahead. As for the costs we think that for joint operations we should split the total 50/50, but on single operations we are allowed to keep all for our individual companies. This partnership will raise both of our stocks very high and make us rich beyond our wildest dreams.
