Voss Defence Inc - The Arsenal Of Democracy

Voss Defence Incorporated, abbreviated V.D.I., was founded in 1983 by a small group of six veteran soldiers from the special forces branch of the Tergnitzian military. In this capacity the company focused on providing supremely experienced and skilled ex-Special Operations personnel in a bodyguard capacity for various VIPs within Tergnitz. This enterprise was surprisingly successful, tapping into a previously unrecognized and unsatisfied need among the Tergnitzian elite for top-quality security services that could be provided on a continual basis. It was this success that allowed for and prompted Voss Defence’s movement into the then crowded private military sector.

Five years down the track, Voss personnel were being used in both a training and bodyguard capacity not only by the wealthy elite of the Righteous Imperial Dominion of Tergnitz, but also by the governments of numerous smaller developing nations in attempts to improve their security situation or increase their military power projection. However, the strongest example of V.D.I's monumental growth came on the 2nd of November, 1998, which saw Voss Defence successfully outmaneuver twelve other PMCs to gain a ten-year security provision contract with the Tergnitzian Ministry of Justice. Voss Defence has since evolved into the largest and most extensively used private military corporation within both the public and private spheres of the Dominion.

Voss Defence Incorporated, currently commands the firepower equal to that of a small developing nation with nearly four million employees, who have a wide range of job roles, from ground and air support, to bodyguard and training support roles. Voss Defence primarily takes contracts nowadays from small to medium governments, who may desire extensive training for their Armed Forces, security support for important Government buildings, or even outright military assistance in open conflicts.

According to the ‘Private Security Companies Act’ of 2001, the Government of Tergnitz acknowledges that Voss Defence Inc. may come under attack from foreign governments due to the company’s actions. The Imperial Government of Tergnitz, with this bill, pledges not to support or aid Voss Defence Inc. in any capacity unless the conflict is brought to Tergnitzian territory.

The close nature of Voss Defence Inc. and the Imperial Government of Tergnitz has created a range of beneficial opportunities for potential customers from foreign nations. The Imperial Government, in a bid to improve the Dominion's relations with nations around the world, has offered to subsidize the purchase of any and all equipment of any given consumer, should the following steps be taken:

      • The customer is a corporate or governmental entity primarily based in a nation that has a Free-Trade Agreement with the Righteous Imperial Dominion of Tergnitz. In this situation, the Imperial Government of Tergnitz hereby offers to subsidize the total purchase or deployment of the customer by ten percent [10%].
      • The customer is a corporate or governmental entity primarily based in a nation that has a Non-Aggression Pact with the Righteous Imperial Dominion of Tergnitz. In this situation, the Imperial Government of Tergnitz hereby offers to provide the customer with a line of credit equal to five times their yearly defence or corporate expenditure budget. Said line of credit has a ten percent [10%] interest rate and a term up to ten [10] years.

Please notify us if you are eligible for either of these benefits, as it is not the responsibility of V.D.I., to ensure that these perks are included into your order. The Imperial Government's Foreign Ministry Branch can be contacted at: www.tergnitzgov.ter/foreign/apply=937396

Far from being restricted to the domestic economic sphere, Voss Defence Inc. is an international company, and as such we are always looking to expand our operations overseas. Furthermore, these branches need not be in a military role, as V.D.I., provides a host of services which would be beneficial to the local, state or national economy of any nation. A Voss Defence branch office represnts an influx of skilled employees and capital from Tergnitz into your nation, the benefits of which are both short and long-term. Furthermore, by opting to allow Voss Defence to enter your country, you can rest easy knowing that in many situations, a small army of superbly trained ex-military professionals are on-standby, ready for any scenario. By consenting to allow Voss Defence to construct either administrative or military facilities in your nation, you are in principle agreeing with the sentiment of the Tergnitizian 2001 ‘Private Security Companies Act’.

As a publically-listed company on the Yohannesische Börse AG Stock Exchange, foreign companies and governments are welcome to offer contracts to purchase shares in Voss Defence Inc., which currently has 106,495,000 million shares of stock at the current market price of $5,000.00 NSD per share. The total net worth of V.D.I., as of January 25th - 2012; is $532,475,000,000.00 NSD. However, no additional units of stock are available for purchase at this time. Furthermore, Voss Defence Inc. holds the right to terminate holdings of shares at any time or for any reason.

Voss Defence Inc. uses state of the art equipment and modern military tactics to accomplish our mission in a smooth, quick and above all, professional manner. Communication between Voss Defence Inc. and all perspective clients is encrypted with military-grade encryption algorithms, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The cost of each deployment is determined by the size of the Deployment Force and the Contract Terms. Each deployment is unique; therefore Voss Defence Inc. has no one-size-fits all approach. Our experts will do their best to ensure that the forces that we provide coincide with the needs of your individual nation.

Voss Defence Inc. has the capacity to conduct minor to major missions in the following roles:

      • Military Training and Wargames
      • Security and Defence Operations
      • Militant Cleansing Operations
      • Maritime Patrols
      • VIP and Strategic Governmental Security
      • National Stabilization Operations
      • Local, Regional or National Policing
      • Full Combat Deployments

In order to complete a deployment order, Voss Defence requires several details from any prospective customer, irregardless of whether said customer is a governmental or non-governmental entity. The first detail required is a rough outline of the mission that the customer will require V.D.I's employees to perform, while the second is a general indication of the type and amount of forces the customer believes is necessary to accomplish the aforementioned mission. From this point, Voss Defence requires customers to specify the amount of time - in months or years - that the forces will be required for; and whether these forces are to be deployed in an immediate (within two [2] months), or staged (six to twelve [6-12] months) fashion. Finally, for the purpose of pricing, V.D.I requires that customers inform Voss Defence as to their current state of conflict, ranging from: [Total War] - [Regional Conflict] - [Limited War] - [Minor Conflict] - [Mobilization] - [High Tensions] - [Complete Peacetime]

With the provision of these five key facts, Voss Defence Inc., is much better positioned to create a deployment package that suites each and every customers individual needs.

Terms and Conditions
Voss Defence Inc. military contractors aka "Voss Mercenaries" are available for deployment anywhere in the world. The deposit cost incurred by nations wishing to purchase military deployments, without specifying an exact mission, is simply to do with the fact that these contractors are being taken off the open market and placed at the sole disposal of the host nation. Furthermore, all communications between V.D.I and foreign parties is considered to be SIC and hence these transmissions are heavily encrypted. In regards to military deployments with a specified mission, the cost incurred by the purchasing nation includes transportation to and from your nation, food, equipment and materiel and various levels of hazard pay, depending on the exact mission parameters. Unless the host nation allows Voss Defence Inc. to open a local branch in their nation, they are responsible for housing the contractors, transporting them to and from the conflict zone, and providing medical care in the event that a contractor is injured. Military contractors may not have their tours of duty extended without first consulting Voss Defence Inc. During times of war, Voss Defence Inc. is obligated under Tergnitzian Law, to allow all branches of the Imperial Armed Forces access to their facilities. This is primarily directed at, but not excluded to, all military bases owned by Voss Defence Inc. domestically within Tergnitz, as well as in foreign nations. Shareholding parties that cease to exist as 'recognizable, independent entities' in the eyes of the Voss Defence Inc. Board of Directors; shall have their shares rendered null and void. These shares then automatically revert to the ownership of V.D.I with no payment, in monetary terms of otherwise, necessitated. Finally, Voss Defence Inc. may at any time, cancel the deployment of military forces for any reason. However, Voss Defence must present the host nation with the exact rationale for this cancelation. Host nations purchasing military deployments automatically consent and agree to these terms when they transfer the required monetary amount from their national treasury to the bank account of Voss Defence Inc.

As well as providing impeccable deployment services, Voss Defence Inc. additionally sells some state-of-the-art military hardware which is used currently by V.D.I personnel in the field. This hardware is battle-tested and would be a valuable addition to any professional 21st Century military.

Might the leaders at Voss Defense Incorporated be interested in long term benefit contracts with Moscow Armory and St. Petersburg Armament for this weapon system? We will telegram for in depth info if you agree:

Re: Weapons of Mass Destruction

Greetings Sir/Madam,

The Imperial Defence Ministry of the Grand Imperial Empire of Tergnitz, after reviewing your recent offer to the private military corporation, Voss Defence Inc. has deemed it appropriate to intervene in this potential deal.

As Voss Defence Inc. is based in the Empire, the nation of Tergnitz devotes a fair deal of interest to the actions of the company. The very concept of a private corporation possessing weapons of mass destruction of any sort, is an incredibly chilling thought. Therefore, the Imperial Government of Tergnitz is putting a stop to this deal. All negotiations between Voss Defence Inc. and Moscow Armory and St. Petersburg Armament regarding the potential sale of WMDs is to halt immediately.

Failure to follow these instructions will result in severe repercussions.

Regards,

To Voss Defence Incorporated,

Your private military corporation has pecked the interest of Trereniten Parliament. Though small, we pride ourselves on our sleek effective armed forces. However in the event of military action (no matter how unlikely that situation is) Trerents would like to ensure that it has the military backing to engage in war with other nations. As a result we would like to inquire about the purchasing of:

One; Regiment (5'000) of Ground Personnel. Please note that we request that five hundred of these personnel to be logistical workers; primarily drill sergeants, and engineers.

We would also like to know what Infantry Fighting vehicle your company can provided,

Signed,

Minister of State Defence Laren Rüütel,

It is excellent to hear that you have chosen Voss Defence Inc. to help secure your nation against any and all potential threats. As the premier private military corporation within the Grand Imperial Empire of Tergnitz, V.D.I prides itself on making sure each and every military deployment is customized to suit the needs of every customer.

In regards to your deployment request, unfortunately V.D.I offers no regiments which contain 5,000 personnel. As your main goal is a comprehensive military unit for both defence and offensive purposes, I would like to suggest the following;

One; Mechanised Division [12,992 ground personnel]
 Division Headquarters Battalion
 Division Special Troops Battalion
 Division Support Battalion

 1st Light Cavalry Regiment
 2nd Light Armoured Regiment
 3rd Light Armoured Regiment
 10th Mechanised Infantry Regiment
 11th Mechanised Infantry Regiment
 12th Mechanised Infantry Regiment
 13th Mechanised Infantry Regiment
 3rd Field Artillery Regiment
 5th Anti-Air and Support Regiment

If you government approves, Voss Defence Inc. will open up a local branch within your nation. This Division will then be based there allowing for a far quicker response time in case of war or conflict.

Until such a time when the Division is needed, there will be no cost incurred upon your nations except for a simple deposit of $15,000,000 NSD, due to the fact that they have to be set aside solely for your national use. Should war break out, these troops will be ready to fight for your country, upon completion of a round of negotiations regarding the cost of the deployment, specifically regarding the scale of the conflict and the length of time that it is predicted to last.

Signed,

As the premier private military corporation within the Grand Imperial Empire of Tergnitz, V.D.I prides itself on making sure each and every military deployment is customized to suit the needs of every customer.

In regards to your deployment request, could you please specify which Air Wing and Fleet you would like to be deployed to your nation?

I also have to inform you that unfortunately Voss Defence does not deploy our entire Ground Assault Legion, except in very drastic case, such as if your nation was currently being invaded by a much larger country. Alternatively, I would like to suggest that Voss Defence deploy a full Ground Corps, would your government find that acceptable?

Signed,

Chief of Foreign Affairs, Thomas McWain,

Voss Defence Inc. prides itself on having nearly 90% of our total military force deployment-ready at any given moment. The 3rd and 4th Supply Flotillas are currently unavaliable as they are undergoing a refitting process, along with the 2nd Air Superiority Fighter Air Wing. One of Voss Defence's professional Light Cavalry Regiments can be on the ground at a friendly airport in your colony within 36 hours from the 'go' order. Any larger deployment will of course, take more time.

Sincerely,

Roger Miller,
Chief-Executive Officer
Voss Defence Inc.

Message to Voss Defence Inc Headquarters
From Raven Crest Defense Contractors

Hello, we are the premiere defense contractors in Hegstoria. We have been looking to gain a foothold in the international market and believe partnering with you would be a smart choice. Although we are a subsidiary of Hegstorian Republic Traders we are permitted to make our own partnerships and contracts. We specialize in security and special forces missions, where as it appears you specialize in major ground operations. If we were to partner it could increase both of our revenue by a significant amount. If you have any questions please visit the Hegstorian Republic Traders store front(Link in my sig. Excuse the appearance, it has only just been made a few days ago. as i go it will get larger.). Thank you for your careful consideration of our offer.

Yours truly,
President and CEO Alexander Raven.

The Board of Directors of Voss Defence Inc. is genuinely interested in your offer Mr Raven. However, we will require additional details about this potential partnership before we can decide on whether to accept it or not. Such as what benefits Voss Defence would gain from this partnership, a full run-down of the operating costs and operations of Raven Crest Defence Contractors and finally, the legal details of this business partnership.

To Mr. Roger Miller of Voss Defense Inc.
From Raven Crest Defense contractors
We would first like to thank you for such a speedy reply, I would have gotten back to you sooner but i was in an important meeting. We do not have set prices because of the very specialized missions we preform. We customize the price as per the contract. Now as for the partnership we would lend our names to each others business which we will come up with soon. We will provide the special operations side of the partnership, where as your company will cover the major combat missions. We each will be allowed to keep our individual store fronts and current services, but our teams will become more integrated from one joint training camp, ours is on 80 acres(I think, i will check after i post this) of land with its own airbase and naval base and dry docks. We are also have our own power plant, munitions plant, and aircraft manufactory on site, but if you have another suggestion go right ahead. As for the costs we think that for joint operations we should split the total 50/50, but on single operations we are allowed to keep all for our individual companies. This partnership will raise both of our stocks very high and make us rich beyond our wildest dreams.

Yours truly,
Alexander Raven.

To: Voss Defence Inc

We require two mechanized divisions of troops be sent to our colony of Rhodesian Governance. These troops should arrive at the Sanderstown Airport and will coordinate with the current private military contractors in country. We will pay double the rate providing you can begin getting troops on the ground immediately. We realize it will take time to move the bulk of these forces and our own LGDF will aid in your troop movements as needed with C-7 and C-9 transports.

The Board of Directors of Voss Defence Inc. is genuinely interested in your offer Mr Raven. However, we will require additional details about this potential partnership before we can decide on whether to accept it or not. Such as what benefits Voss Defence would gain from this partnership, a full run-down of the operating costs and operations of Raven Crest Defence Contractors and finally, details of how the legal details of this business partnership.

Sincerely,

Roger Miller,
Chief-Executive Officer
Voss Defence Inc.

If you government approves, Voss Defence Inc. will open up a local branch within your nation. These forces will then be based there allowing for a far quicker response time in case of war or conflict.

Until such a time when these forces are needed, there will be no cost incurred upon your nations except for the simple deposit cost, due to the fact that they have to be set aside solely for your national use. Should war break out, these troops will be ready to fight for your country, upon completion of a round of negotiations regarding the cost of the deployment, specifically regarding the scale of the conflict and the length of time that it is predicted to last.
