PAYMENT PLANS
1. If the order is too large and the customer cannot afford to pay it all at once. We can negotiate a payment plan between the seller and the consumer. For instance making an order that exceeds the defense budget, we can allocate some of the budget from the law and order to make up for the money to be able to afford the order.
2. If the budget exceeds both the defense budget and or the Law and Order budget. We can negotiate a payment plan for the consumer to pay in several installments over the next few years. For example four installments of payment within the next four years. We will also accept paying half now and the other half on delivery.
3. The third option we will allow the consumer to borrow credit that can be paid of within several years pending on the negotiation between the seller and the consumer. However there will be an interest rate of 10% if borrowing credit to make a purchase order. Interest rates can vary depending on the economy, interests rate may decrease or increase but it happens very rarely.

ATRIA ARMORY | TACTICAL-SIDEARM (TAC-SARM)

The TAC-SARM is a short recoil, semi-automatic, single-action / double-action pistol which uses a 15-round staggered box magazine with a reversible magazine release button that can be positioned for either right- or left-handed shooters.

A weaver rail is added for the attachment of lights, lasers, and other accessories to the weapon. The TAC-SARM has more aggressive front due to its ported barrel which provided improved recoil than standard type pistols and backstrap checkering and a beveled magazine well for easier reloading of the weapon. TAC-SARM's also feature physical vapor deposition (PVD) coated magazines developed to better withstand the conditions of sandy environments.

The TAC-SARM features multiple internal safeties, including a firing pin block that prevents the firing pin from moving without the trigger being pulled, and a firing pin striker that rotates when the safety lever is engaged preventing the firing pin from being hit even if the hammer falls. The TAC-SARM also has an ambidextrous external safety lever allowing both left and right handed people to comfortably engage the safety mechanism.

ATRIA ARMORY | TACTICAL REVOLVER (TAC-REV)

The TAC-REV is a double-action, bullpup configured 6 shot revolver utilized as a Personal Defense Weapon. Unlike most modern PDW's, ATRIA opted to go with a unique approach for civilian personal defense.

ATRIA chose a bullpup design for the added accuracy and handling and chose a revolver for it's low maintenance and simple operations, thus making operation simple for the "average Joe". The TAC-REV fires the .454 Casull, which was chosen as it is one of the most powerful handgun cartridges in production. It can deliver a 250 grain bullet with a muzzle velocity of over 1,900 feet per second and effectively penetrate most modern body armor. The TAC-REV kit includes 3 speed loaders.

The simplicity of the overall mechanics and reliability of the TAC-REV make it an excellent pursuit for home defense and the occasional outing at the range.

ATRIA AEROSPACE | F-1 WARHAWK

The F-01A Warhawk is a single-seat, twin-engine, fifth-generation, high maneuverable fighter aircraft that utilizes low observable technology. It was designed primarily as an air superiority fighter, but has additional capabilities that include ground attack, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence roles. The F-01A was designed to meet requirements for survivability, supercruise, stealth, and ease of maintenance. Supercruise requirements called for prolonged supersonic flight without the use of afterburners, as well as to reduce the susceptibility to radar and infrared detection. The F-01A is aerial refuel capable.

The F-01A is an unconventional-looking aircraft, with diamond-shaped wings, a profile with substantial area-ruling to reduce drag at trans-sonic speeds, and an all-moving V-tail. The cockpit was placed high, near the nose of the aircraft for good visibility for the pilot. The aircraft featured a tricycle landing gear configuration with a nose landing gear and two main landing gear. The internal weapons bays were placed on outboard portions of the engine nacelles and the underside of the fuselage between the nose and main landing gear. Under wing pylons may also be installed for added weapon load out and external drop tanks for long ranged missions, though this may increase its overall radar cross section. The F-01A is capable of utilizing NATO standardized weaponry as well as limited Russian weapon systems.

The flight control surfaces were controlled by a central management computer system. Raising the wing flaps and ailerons on one side and lowering them on the other provided roll. The V-tail fins were angled 45 degrees from the vertical. Pitch was mainly provided by rotating these V-tail fins in opposite directions so their front edges moved together or apart. Yaw was primarily supplied by rotating the tail fins in the same direction. Deflecting the wing flaps down and ailerons up on both sides simultaneously provided for aerodynamic braking.

The stealth of the F-01A is due to a combination of factors, including the overall shape of the aircraft, the use of radar absorbent material (RAM), and attention to detail such as hinges and pilot helmets that could provide a radar return. However, reduced radar cross section is one of five facets of presence reduction addressed in the designing of the F-01A. The F-01A was designed to disguise its infrared emissions, reducing the threat of infrared homing ("heat seeking") surface-to-air or air-to-air missiles, including its flat thrust vectoring nozzles. The aircraft was designed to be less visible to the naked eye; radio, heat and noise emissions are equally controlled.

The F-01A utilizes the Pratt & Whitney F119 turbofans. The engines are housed in separate nacelles on either side of the aircraft's spine and features vectored thrust permitting tighter turning radius, a valuable capability in dogfights. The engine delivers thrust in the 35,000 lbf (160 kN) class, and is designed for supersonic flight without the use of afterburner (supercruise). Delivering almost 22% more thrust with 40% fewer parts than conventional, fourth-generation military aircraft engine models, the F119 allows sustained supercruise speeds of up to Mach 1.72. The F119's nozzles incorporate thrust vectoring technology. These nozzles direct the engine thrust ±20° in the pitch axis to give the F-01A enhanced maneuverability.

ATRIA AEROSPACE | E-2 EVIL EYES

EA-2B Evil Eye is a twin-engine, mid-wing, quad seat, carrier-borne electronic warfare/AEW/command and control aircraft modified from the basic single-seat A-2 airframe. The EA-2B provides command and control, aerial early warning, as well as electronic warfare in support or carrier-borne forces in the event that a trans-continental AWACS aircraft is unavailable. The Evil Eye share a 75% airframe and parts commonality with the A-2 and KA-2A Nightmare aircraft, thus providing ease of maintenance as well as part procurement. The Evil Eye supplies critical combat data and command relay to allied air and ground forces as well as provide electronic carrier defense by jamming enemy radar and transmissions.

The Evil Eye contains a compliment of 4 crew members to provide adequate task management between the ECM, AEW, and Allied Command systems. The aircraft provides flight controls for the pilot only, as the systems technicians are dedicated to their specific tasking. The canopy has a shading of gold to protect the crew against the radio emissions that the electronic warfare equipment produces. The nosecone contains the aircraft AESA radar as well as an external weather radar strips for exceptional all-weather capabilities. The flight control and communication avionics are identical to the other variants of the A-2. The CPU and triple redundant FCCs are located in between the forward and aft cabins. Flight controls are identical to the KA-2B except that there is only one dedicated piloting seat.

The heart of the EA-2B is the AN/ALQ-99 Tactical Jamming System. The Evil can carry up to 4 pods and a single synthetic aperture radar (SAR) pod system which is permanently mounted on the aircraft belly. Each pod is integrally powered and houses two jamming transmitters that cover one of seven frequency bands. The EA-2B can carry any mix of pods, fuel tanks and/or HARM anti-radiation missiles depending on mission requirements. The EA-2B's tail fin pod houses sensitive surveillance receivers, capable of detecting hostile radar emissions at long range. Emitter information is processed by the AEW/ECW CPU. Detection, identification, direction-finding, and jammer-set-on-sequence may be performed automatically or by a crew member. The tail fin pod also contains radio and SATCOM receivers and can be used as a mobile radio relay station for long distance Over-The-Horizon communication.

The SAR provides real time air and ground threat data, automatically or by a crew member, to allied forces . It assists allied commander with vital information to delegate orders to allied forces. The SAR pod has a range of up to ~275-300 nm and can produce long range, high quality radar images and operates as a true all-weather day and night sensor capable of penetrating clouds, rain, smoke, fog, smog and smoke. The SAR system also provides the crew with minimal workload, yet still requires crew observation.

The Evil Eye is also powered by twin Pratt & Whitney TF30-P-9/2 turbofans with afterburner which is rated at 19,600 lbf. Due to the lower weight of that of a KC-2A, the Evil Eye is capable of higher supersonic and cruising speeds. The undercarriage is identical to that of the Nightmare ans is also equipped with a tail hook for carrier operations.

RSCDF Utility Helicopter Competition Winner

The ATRIA Aerospace UH-2 Outback is a twin-engine, single main rotor, multi-role utility helicopter. The design is characterized by its low-set forward cockpit showcasing a pointed nose assembly and a shrouded Fenstron tail section. The undercarriage is fully retractable with double forward gear and a single tail gear. The engines are mounted high and above the crew cabin about midway on the fuselage. The body integrates smoothly into a fine contoured empennage that fits a single vertical tail fin.

Power is derived from twin Turbomeca Arriel 2C2-CGX turbo shaft engines delivering up to 1600 shaft horsepower each that drive a corrosion-resistant composite four-bladed main rotor. The engine intakes and design of the aircraft greatly reduce the radar cross section of the aircraft and the engine exhaust section reduce infrared emission and noise levels up to 25%. Maximum speeds top 205 miles per hour with a range of 435 miles and a service ceiling of 18,500 feet. The Outback sports and empty weight of 9,755lbs and a maximum takeoff weight of up to ~21,000lbs. Like the main rotor blades, the fuselage and rotor head are both constructed of lightweight composite materials. This type of composite construction makes up to 75% of the aircraft's design.

Crew accommodations on board a typical Outback includes a pilot, co-pilot and two crew chiefs and 12 passengers or 8 stretchers. The cockpit maintains a highly sophisticated flight management control system and include an integrated grass cockpit and HUD mounted helmets for the pilots. Visibility is rated as excellent thanks to heavy use of glazing in the forward, side and top portions of the cockpit.

The Outback maintains a distinct operating capability that allows its autopilot system to bring the aircraft to a hover or fly a designated flight pattern without the need for pilot intervention allowing for easy troop disembarkation. This also frees up the pilots to other mission matters. The Outback is also armed two side mounted LMG or HMG. Fuselage racks can also be installed to allow the use of air-ground rockets or missiles. A winch is also included on each side of the aircraft.

ATRIA MOBILITY | HIGH MOBILITY TACTICAL SCOUT VEHICLE (HMTSV) BADGER

The Badger design incorporates a welded steel armor construction on a chassis fixed to 4x4 wheel configuration. The vehicle can accommodate four crew members. The driver and infantry man facing two large bullet proof main windows can enter and exit the vehicle from forward opening doors on either side of the vehicle. The individual seating arrangement houses two soldiers sitting in the back. They can access the vehicle using two doors available on either side.

The Badger is armed with a M240 LMG remote controlled turret for anti-personnel missions. It can withstand regular 5.56mm fire and light machine gun fire. Sources indicate that the armor protection of Badger is better than that of up-armored HMMWV.

The Badger is fitted with a liquid cooled 4-cycle diesel engine of 160hp. The power pack is mounted centre forward of the vehicle to distribute weight more evenly between the axles. The propulsion system provides a top speed of 70 mph. The Badger can travel more than 200 miles without refueling. It is fitted with all run-flat tires. The low turning radius allows the vehicle to negotiate narrow passages.

The vehicle can be carried inside some military helicopters and under slung CH-47J or C-130H transport aircraft for emergency air-drops. It can be airdropped from transport aircraft by use of a parachute platform.

ATRIA MOBILITY | HEAVY MINE RESISTANT TACTICAL VEHICLE (HMRTV) RAZORBACK

The Razorback utilizes a crew capsule with a V-shaped hull, the armored body is bolted together instead of welded. The V-hull deflects the blast of a land mine or improvised explosive device (IED) away from the vehicle to protect its occupants. Because the chassis is mounted outside the armored crew capsule, there are concerns that it will likely be destroyed in the event of an ambush, leaving the soldiers inside stranded. This design has survived a 7 kg (15 lb) land mine blast with no injuries.

The Razorback utilizes the MTVR chassis and TAK-4 suspension with the Plasan designed armored hull. The V-shaped Plasan armored hull offers protection for the occupants from IED attacks while the centrally inflated run-flat tires allow the Razorback to travel at least 30 miles at 30 mph even if two tires lose pressure. The vehicle can also take a 7.62 mm round to its engine oil/coolant/hydraulic system and continue to drive for at least one kilometer. The Stat-X engine fire suppression system provides for further survivability.

The Tak-4 suspension is coil sprung and fully independent, and offers 16 inches of travel. The Razorback's roof mounted turret is capable of mounting weapons such as an M2 machine gun, a Mk 19 grenade launcher, an M2 Browning machine gun, or a BGM-71 TOW anti-tank guided missile launcher. The roof weapons can be operated remotely inside the cabin with a CROWS remote weapon system.

The Razorback also features modern vehicle safety systems such as Traction control and anti-lock brakes in addition to modern creature comforts such as an HVAC system and power outlets for charging portable electronic devices. Unique among MRAP vehicles are the Razorback's rear-hinged, aka, suicide doors.




UNIT COST: $500,000 NSD

ATRIA MOBILITY | MEDIUM ARMORED ALL-TERRAIN TRACKED VEHICLE (MAATV) MONGOOSE

The Mongoose is a relatively conventional design, with the driver sitting at the front left side of the hull with the engine to his right. The driver has three day periscopes mounted in a hatch that opens to the right. The center periscope can be replaced by a passive night vision device. Behind the driver is a seat for a single infantry man.

Primary armament is the 20 mm MK 20 Rh202 autocannon mounted in the small two-man turret which can fire either armour-piercing or HE rounds. The turret has 360 degree traverse, and can elevate from -17 degrees to +65 degrees at a rate of 40 degrees per second while traversing at a rate of 60 degrees a second. The Mongoose also includes had a remote controlled externally mounted .50 MG.

In the center of the hull is the two man turret, which holds the commander on the right and the gunner on the left, both are provided with hatches. To the rear of the turret is the troop compartment, which can hold eight infantry men, sitting back to back facing outwards along the center of the hull. The Mongoose is capable of fording in up to 4.5 feet of water unprepared, and can be fitted with a kit allowing it to ford water up to 8 feet deep.

The Mongoose is powered by an MTU MB Ea-500 six-cylinder liquid cooled diesel engine which develops approximately 600 horsepower at 2,200 rpm. The cooling radiators are mounted at the rear of hull either side of the exit ramp. The engine is coupled to a four speed planetary gear box with four forward and two reverse gears. The transmission also provides steering and braking via a stepless hydrostatic unit which transmits power to two drive units mounted at the front of the hull.

ATRIA MOBILITY | HEAVY ASSAULT-BATTLE TANK (HA-BT) HELLFIRE

The Hellfire is a main battle tank which can provide transport capabilities to a squad of troops. It is designed for rapid repair of battle damage, survivability, cost-effectiveness and off-road performance. Following the model of contemporary self-propelled howitzers, the turret assembly is located closer to the rear than in most main battle tanks. With the engine in front, this layout gives additional protection against a frontal attack, especially for the personnel in the main hull, like the driver. It also creates more space in the rear of the tank that allows increased storage capacity, as well as a rear entrance to the main crew compartment allowing easy access under enemy fire. This allows the tank to be used as a platform for medical disembarkation, a forward command and control station, and an armored personnel carrier. The rear entrance's clam shell-style doors provide overhead protection when off- and on-loading cargo and personnel.

Removable modular armor is used on all sides, including the top and a V-shaped belly armor pack for the underside. This modular system is designed to allow for damaged tanks to be rapidly repaired and returned to the field. Tank rounds are stored in individual fire-proof canisters, which reduce the chance of cook offs in a fire inside the tank. The turret is "dry"; no active rounds are stored in it. Some features, such as hull shaping, exterior non-reflective paints, and shielding for engine heat plumes mixing with air particles to confuse enemy thermal imagery make the tank harder to spot by heat sensors and radar.

The Hellfire includes the larger 120 mm main gun of the previous versions but can fire a wider variety of ammunition, including HEAT and sabot rounds like the APFSDS kinetic energy perpetrator, using an electrical semi-automatic revolving magazine for 10 rounds. It also includes a much larger 12.7 mm machine gun for anti-vehicle operations (most commonly used against technicals). The tank also carries the BMS (Battle Management System), a centralized system that from tracked units and UAVs in theater, displays it on color screens, and distributes it in encrypted form to all other units equipped with BMS in a given theater.

The HTD supports both the DS-101 and DS-102 interfaces, as well as the Crypto Ignition Key. The HTD is backward-compatible with existing Cryptographic Units and forward-compatible with future equipment and systems.
