This is understood, and we accept your decision. However, we would allow guild corporations to enter partnerships with the Romberg Mining Corporation for land resources, as well as independent farmers from Romberg. For both of these partnerships, guild members would have to negotiate separate deals with the related parties. In addition, fishing rights have been granted to Guild vessels, but instead of a tax, a 15% share of all catch must be given to the Rombergian authorities. We hope that it would be an acceptable agreement.
