Oh, that.
I honestly can't think of how it would make sense. >.>. I tried, but nope.

Wolfenium wrote:Name: Aylin Sadik
Age: 62
Gender: Female
Appearance:PrimulaAylin
Class: Mage
Personality:
A stoic and polite individual, Aylin rarely speaks out of line, if at all. Hardly a sociable person, she often spends extended periods alone in her study. A studious child, one of Aylin's only hobbies is to immerse herself in the vast knowledge of any cathedral library.
Skills/Knowledge:Strengths: Large magic reserve, intelligent
- History - Her speciality in particular is ancient history of Iak'Thea's home Cathedral, Gaea. Though much of this information had been long lost, Aylin can at least trace the origins of the Redemit to the time of their predecessors. At the very least, the very tongue spoken by the Order of Ay originated from their predecessors.
- Arcane knowledge
Weaknesses: Frail, naive, inexperienced, distrustful (especially with Keroboros members), self-centred, anti-social, emotionally unstable, afraid of heat
Bio: A dervish in the Order of Ay, Aylin was born on the frozen Cathedral of Inci. Her father, Asuman Sadik, was a commander tasked with protecting the Headmaster of Hazine (Almania) at the time of the Ride of the Valkyries. When Kerberos unleashed the Walküre upon Hazine, Asuman prioritized what little time they were spared to evacuating the Headmaster and the ruling elites over the general population, effectively sacrificing the planet to the hellish inferno. As a result, his actions won the applause of the Grand Headmaster and the council for preserving the knowledge of the Hazine dervish. In contrast, having been promoted to a Yoldaş (Turkish: Companion), his former comrades accused him of avarice, willing to sacrifice billions of innocents just so he could rise the ranks of the Order. Rumours of his devious act became a source of lasting shame for Asuman, and on Aylin's 20th birthday, departed without a trace into a blizzard, presumed dead soon after. The loss of her mother to illness soon after left Aylin alone and orphaned. Brought up under the tutledge of an elder dervish, she soon came to blame the Order of Kerberos for bringing shame to her family name and for the slaughter of her people on Hazine.
Now edging into her puberty, Aylin has proven to be powerful adept at magic, mastering some of the most complex spells known to the order. The youngest dervish to date to be inducted into the ranks of the Order, she now wanders the world as an archiver, seeking to deliver what knowledge she could find to the Order of Ay. However, tales of the lost chalice soon caught the ears of Ay, and thus the council, perhaps against their better judgement, soon chose her for the task. But with more experienced alternatives, one might question their choice for sending Aylin, of all people...
Equipment:Additional Information:
- Armour (Hashashin on the right) - Pure white cloak made of a kevlar-like material, worn over her normal clothes. Her gloves are equipped with an amplifier which enables her to better direct her magical spells.
- Magic - Hydromancy, particularly ice magic. While she can cast limited healing spells, her main spells involve defensive spells and summoning ice familiars to fight on her behest.
- Pegasus - Mücevher, meaning 'jewel' in Inci tongue, is the primary mass production Pegasus of the Order of Ay.
Order of Ay
Based on the frigid Cathedral of Inci, the Order of Ay is a dervish order dedicated to the preservation of knowledge across the known universe. Gathering much of the lost knowledge across the universe, the Order meticulously stores and archives their hard-won information in their underground library, safe for posterity. Formed by the first dervish Grand Headmaster Yunus I, the order soon transformed their frozen wasteland to a vast complex of archives and studies, extending their already vast collection with their own budding research. With time, the libraries of Inci became renowned throughout the universe, and the dervish of Ay came to consider their archives sacred ground, to be seen only by those worthy to access its vast stores.
However, as time wore on, and challenges by rival orders began to wear down their ranks, the dervish of Inci begin to grow isolated, wary of the outside world. Unable to hold their own against more powerful orders, Inci saw itself pillaged and razed to the ground countless times, its once peaceful people increasingly angered by the violence against them. It was thus they descended down a different path, one that would change the course of the order forever.
When Grand Headmaster Yunus VI took over, he proposed a radical new plan to safeguard Inci's libraries. Having ventured into the home Cathedrals of proud militant orders, he grew enthralled by the vast powers and prestige wielded by these powerful knights. Returning to Inci with stores of tomes containing military tactics and strategies, he sought to transformed the once docile librarians to a powerful fighting force, outlining a plan to expand Ay's control over its surrounding stars as a buffer against any future aggressor.
As Yunus' words of hatred spread over the snows, his people grew as ruthless as the blizzards of the cathedral itself, a merciless enemy bent on subjugating the stars and purging the villains who had desecrated their holy cathedral. Evidently, all outsiders, innocent or not, became malicious raiders in their eyes, suspicion and paranoia becoming the norm for the dervish. As Yunus put his plan into action, the victims soon became the marauders themselves, constructing a vast fleet of Pegasii and forcing their neighbours to hell under their will.
Evidently, Yunus himself became intoxicated with power, becoming a full-pledge dictator as he ruled from Inci with an iron fist. Resistance from his ill-gotten colonies were crushed with impunity, and his new subjects either forced to swear fealty to Ay, or be purged. To demonstrate his point, he even renamed the cathedrals he conquered by the Inci tongue, stripping the cathedrals of such names as 'Almania' to 'Hazine'. His brutality knew no bounds as he strayed the dervish even further from their goals. With each new conquest came the horrors of war, and by Ay's greatest territorial extent, Yunus had become an egomaniac that would denounce even the teachings of the God-Knight Aradain. Ultimately, however, Aradain did not take his madness well.
When news of Hazine's total destruction in the hands of Kerberos reached Inci, the dervish under Yunus began to fear once again. Shocked by the destruction of one of their cathedrals and opening their eyes to the brutality of their leader and themselves, the various Headmasters of the colonies staged a coup against the Grand Headmaster, dismembering the mad leader and tossing most of his flayed remained into an icy gorge. His successor, Grand Headmaster Ulvi, negotiated a peace with an equally bereaved Hochmeister Hister, securing a truce in exchange for the remaining Almanian worlds occupied by Ay.
A pacifist seeking to return the order to its original purpose, Ulvi had been striving to lead the dervish of Ay back on the path of knowledge to this day. However, there are still many who cling on to Yusuf's fanatical teachings, and among them are descendants of Hazine settlers seeking vengeance against Kerberos for their heinous act. Denouncing Ulvi as a traitor, they plot to unseat him with a leader as hardline as their idol. With factional lines threatening to tear Ay apart from within, one can only question what path the order will take from here.
OOC Note: If you're wondering why she sounds familiar, yeah, don't ask...

Also, @Wolf: I forgot to mention, you should probably toss in something about your character's cloak armor having a shield generator, because otherwise you're, well, pretty vulnerable.
