AppleCook RM-series Modular Refrigeration System

Description

The AppleCook RM-series Modular Refrigeration System is among the world's most customizable, extendable, and versatile refrigeration systems in the known universe. With a wide variety of modules available, the RM-series can handle all kinds of situations - be it a dorm-room minifridge, a full-size kitchen refrigerator, a temperature-controlled wine cellar replacement, or practically any other storage system where precise temperatures are required.

All modules (other than the base module) are stackable, and are controlled and powered via connectors at the top, bottom, and sides of each module for both horizontal and vertical expansion to fit virtually any space.

Since each module provides its own cooling, it's possible to utilize the RM-series to provide precise temperatures to a variety of different items. The RM-series web-based control interface - which can be connected to via a variety of wireless and wired networking protocols - is capable of assigning specific compartments to temperatures optimum for the foods you're storing inside them; just tell the RM-series what foods you're stocking in each module and the firmware will automatically and intelligently set the proper temperature. Of course, one can also set individual module temperatures manually, either via the web interface or via controls on each individual module.

The RM-series firmware is built on YellOS Embedded Edition - the embedded variant of YellowApple, Inc.'s premier open-source operating system - and therefore is both completely secure and extraordinarily flexible. The firmware provides a comprehensive web interface, as well as support for voice-driven control, all in nearly all Earth-based languages and a large number of languages from beyond Sol.

Modules

AppleCook RM01 Base Module

The RM01 Base Module is the core of each RM-series installation, and contains both the electrical power supply circuitry and the computing hardware to drive up to seven additional modules. The RM01 can also connect to other RM01s via the side connectors in order to combine processing power and provide a single point of configuration for multiple vertical stacks of RM-series modules.

The RM01 includes its own medium-size refrigeration compartment, allowing a single RM01 to additionally operate as a standalone unit.

RM02 Small Refrigeration Module

The RM02 is a smaller RM-series refrigeration module, perfect for smaller items requiring refrigeration or freezing. The following is a list of just a few of the many items perfect for the RM02:

» Eggs
» Beverages (soda, beer, even wine)
» Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise)
» Fruits and/or vegetables
» Meats (fresh or frozen, individually packed)
» Single-serving frozen meals

RM03 Medium Refrigeration Module

The RM03 is the RM-series' medium-sized module, flexible enough to handle most larger groceries, including (but by no means limited to) the following:

» Milk
» Upright wine bottles
» Larger fruits and vegetables (like melons and squash)
» Whole chickens
» Much, much more

In addition, the RM03 includes a single shelf which can optionally be used to accommodate items suited to the RM02, such as eggs, beverages, and condiments.

RM04 Large Refrigeration Module

The RM04 is a large refrigeration module, designed for much larger items than what the RM02 or RM03 can handle, including (but, again, certainly not limited to) the following:

» Whole turkeys (perfect for the holidays!)
» Large cases of bulk groceries
» Tall multi-level cakes (such as wedding cakes)
» Much, much more

In addition, the RM04 includes three shelves which can optionally be used to accommodate items suited to the RM02 or RM03.

RM05 Water/Ice Dispenser and Touchscreen Module

The RM05 provides a water dispenser, ice dispenser, and control touchscreen for any RM-series installation, and is thus a necessary addition to any respectable kitchen setup. The RM05 includes a built-in water filter using state-of-the-art YellowApplan ionic filtering technology that removes a wide variety of contaminates. The ice dispenser can dispense cubed (and we mean actual cubes, mathematically-perfect within micrometers), rounded, and crushed ice with the touch of a button.

The built-in waterproof 2048×2048 multitouch touchscreen integrates with the RM-series firmware's web interface to enable full control of the individual temperature settings for an entire RM-series installation. Plus, it acts as the selector for the ice dispenser, and utilizes the voice-control systems already present in the RM-series firmware.

RM06 Standalone Refrigeration Cabinet

The RM06 is the grand-daddy of all refrigeration modules - so big, it has to have its own base module built-in. This module can hold some absurdly-large items, including (but most definitely not limited to) the following:

» Small Christmas trees
» Walt Disney's cryogenically-frozen body

ADF00I Aerospace Interceptor (N$10,000,000)


Previously designated as the YAF-01, this fighter was once a mainstay of YellowApple, Inc.'s Aerospace Defense Corps and continues to be a mainstay of many nations throughout the multiverse. Its relatively-low cost and excellent maneuverability makes it an excellent choice for any air force needing to engage enemies in the air or (to a limited extent) even on land or sea. The ADF00I is equipped with numerous missile bays in addition to machine guns, giving it the necessary tools to be a versatile and effective dogfighter.

Note: unlike other offerings in AppleDrive's ADF product line, the ADF00 series is not equipped to operate outside of an oxygenated atmosphere; notably, it does not feature control or propulsion thrusters usable in a vacuum.
