To the international community:

Today, from the northeast, we have received reports of military forces from the Socialist Republic of Sankirita occupying the Northeastern territories of Chinchasia. These reports have not been confirmed yet, because military forces have destroyed communication links in the region. We have no idea what numbers the Sankiritan army has sent, or even if it's the Sankiritan army alone, because a couple of days ago, we have also received reports of Ninforia military occupation from in the Northwest of Chinchasia. We are baffled by these reports, because the Socialist Republic of Sankirita and the Levinicist Theocracy of Ninforia do not share a friendly relationship. In Southern Chinchasia, military factions have been actively terrorizing the region for roughly a month, but are not related to either the Ninforian, the Sankiritan, South Dallsiphian governments, and they are not Future Guards forces either. Chinchasia cannot defend its borders on its own, and we request the international community take actions to confirm the identities of the military factions, and to take actions to force them to withdraw their forces from Chinchasia.

We have received the reports from Chinchas City in Fekaragrad. As we speak, we are mobilizing our ground forces to send military support to defend Chinchasia's northeastern border, and to quell any military factions in Southern Chinchasia. Our naval force is activated to respond to any military threats from the Socialist Republic of Sankirita, and our military intelligence is currently investigating any possible Sankiritan military orders to use force against the people of Chinchasia for the purpose of occupation. We are unable to provide any sufficient support against the Ninforian forces, due to inconvenience of sending military forces towards the region. We implore any nations to take action to defend the Chinchasian people against these atrocious actions of occupation.

We do not deny military occupation of Chinchasia. There is an absence of national organization of the region, and therefore their international borders are not recognized by the Ninforian government. We recognize the lands we have occupied as historically Ninforian territory, and our military forces have mobilized to provide sufficient defense of our borders against the heathen hordes of Sankirita, which mobilize to invade both Chinchasia and Ninforia. Currently our forces have crossed the Ninfor River bordering Ninfor and the territory of Sankirita in order to impede Sankiritan forces from entering our borders. Our military occupation has been a defensive action taken against the Sankiritan military, which has failed to produce an official declaration of war, even though we have had military skirmishes along our border with Sankirita in recent times. We strongly encourage the international community to take actions against the Socialist Republic of Sankirita to stop its military from taking aggressive military actions against its neighbors.

As grand lodge plenipotentiary of the Freemasons' Association pertaining to foreign relations and affairs of the thirty-nine Taurenori states, I would like to offer my veneration, and sincere greetings to all of your represented governments, and every people of the nations which you represent.

The Association deeply regret the unnecessarily brutal, deviantly unconstitutional, and unjust occupation of territorial sovereignty which the Chinchasian government have suffered for, and hereby voice our condemnation and utter disgust at the way in which the Socialist Republic of Sankirita and the Knights of Ninfor have proceeded to violate the sanctity of its south-western neighbouring state, and the infringement of sovereignty which the Supreme Lioness Anja Rekila have perpetrated in the name of sole political gain for her nation, at the expense of its neighbouring nation and her people.

As an adherent to the principles of national sovereignty and the freedom which entails, and is enjoyed alongside such a privileged position by everyone, the Freemasons' Association would like to voice our support, and give our deep prayer for the Chinchasian government and its people, for the saddening diplomatic predisposition which the aforementioned government and people have suffered for, at the hands of their north-eastern aggressors.

Noting, however, the sensitive diplomatic situation which the aforementioned regional issues have established, and the possibility of interregional crisis which the aforementioned have elevated - with nations outside the region of the original two governments, such as that of Cylarn, Patricant and Repulaea voicing their respective support for either regimes or threat of invasion toward another government - the Freemasons' Association would like to stress the importance of diplomacy and peaceful consensus, in place of further crisis, and the unwanted possibility of military aggression which the aforementioned may help to establish.

Thereunto, the Freemasons' Association would like to warn any and all military aggressors within this incident with the following fact: any and all form of aggressions displayed toward either the government of Chinchasia and the Knights of Ninfor, shall be met with a swift Freemasonic diplomatic retaliation and punitive military actions.

While we respect and share your honorable stance in regards to the defense of Chinchasian sovereignty and liberty, you have blanketed all nations currently involved in the crisis with the claim that they show "support for either regimes or threaten invasion toward another government", neither of which we are guilty. Therefore, let us take this opportunity to declare our official neutrality in this conflict until said neutrality is compromised, or until the situation within the region increases in volatility.

This being stated, the CMR feels it is necessary to put forth a proposition on the grounds of peace and stability. We propose to establish a coalition between all external factions who have not yet militarily pledged themselves to the conflict on the ground. Through this coalition, we will be better able to manage the crisis as it unfolds and will be more apt to coordinate an efficient humanitarian and/or military expedition should the need arise. Around 50 miles from Port Sankirita, the Cylarnian 3rd. Fleet is approaching, carrying a massive invasion force of Marines. It's funny, because only weeks ago, many of these men were fighting on Sankirita's side against Future Guards. Now, they were coming to fight men that they once had fought along side. As they approached, they waited for the word to attack, which was to be delivered after Bastion got word back from Krulov, explaining his actions and hostility.

I am not entirely assured of your underlying intentions, without any trace of dubiousness. I feel that this campaign is being waged not to impede a certain religious organization or theocratic proliferation, which this action in its self is highly condemnable, but more of a imperialistic, jingoistic front being launched under the spurious facade of regional stability or liberation. Therefore, with much regard to the international community, one that has thoroughly enlightened me on the verses of pacifism, I stand by with forces previously described on call. President Yenina, I wish to inquire whether your air sqaudrons you claim have landed in Chinchas City, and the ground forces you claim are in transit there, are peacekeeping forces, or are they stationed on more belligerent terms? This is a pivotal issue, as if they are peacekeeping forces, you have my backing, if they are the opposite, then you have a potential condemnation. Also, if Premier Krulov does not not grace, or at least respond, to my request, than Sankirita will come under sanctions from Patricant, and potentially other countries within the Regional Stability Supervision Committee.

A carrier ship is just of the coast along the demarcating border between Chinchasia and Sankirita, and our drones will use this craft as their base. We ask permission as you have taken de facto control over these operations. I also will temporarily remove the threat of sanctions until any incriminating evidence is found. Almost immediately after receiving the communique, the Cylarnian Fleet made its way to Fekaragrad, where a force of 50,000 Marines, Sailors, and Soldiers landed in the city. From Fekaragrad, the Cylarnian Expeditionary Force, led by Marine Armor and Assault Recon, moved across the nation of South Dallsiph, clearing the city within 12 hours. While the Marines and Soldiers moved by land and by helicopters, Army Paratroopers of the 2nd. Airborne and Commandos of the 2nd. Battalion of the Special Response Regiment were moving in overhead to Chinchas City, intending to establish a safezone that would soon be reinforced by the rest of the CEF and other peacekeeping forces.

A few miles outside Chinchas City, the air assault phase of the operation was being carried out. The Paratroopers and the Commandos safely landed and began to establish defensive positions as the Engineers attached to these units began to build a large airstrip. Temporary structures were being established as the camp was being established. Its main purpose was to provide aid and support in the case of an attack by Ninforian forces upon Chinchas City. In the event of an attack, CEF forces would be prepared to roll into Chinchas City and repel the Ninforian assault.

Within the course of several hours, the first Marine units of the 2nd. Assault Recon Division would arrive at Camp Armistad. The current number of CEF forces in Chinchasia is 200,000, with other camps similar to Camp Armistad being established in Southern Chinchasia, with Camp Armistad as the main CEF base in Chinchasia.
