In the interest of promoting peace and the spirit of cooperation and understanding between the peoples of the world, HR&IM The Emperor, after consultation with the Ministry of External Affairs (formerly the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Trade) and the approval of Parliament, has decided to establish the Bordorian Embassy Program. We invite all interested nations to submit an application for the establishment of embassies and formal diplomatic relations with The Most Serene United Kingdom of Bordoria, and its Federation & Imperium.
Applications for trade agreements, along with inquiries for aid and development programs will be passed on to the newly established Ministry of International Cooperation & International Trade, headed by Secretary of State for International Cooperation & International Trade The Hon. Mr. Phillip F.J. MacCormick.

Embassy & Consulate Locations
Nations wishing to pursue peaceful and productive relations with The Most Serene United Kingdom of Bordoria are entitled to create embassies, consulates and consulates general in the following cities. These diplomatic offices within our country enjoy various privileges, such as extraterritoriality, and their staff will be entitled to consular protection and diplomatic immunity. Please note that whilst diplomatic offices can be established in any of the following cities, our capital, Victoria City, only hosts embassies and missions from international organizations.
Victoria City
Located in the Province of Toronto, Victoria City is the second largest city and the national capital of Bordoria. In it's capacity as the national capital, Victoria City hosts the branches of government, along with the Imperial Residence of Victoria Palace. Victoria City also plays host to the Bordorian Diplomatic Missions to the World Assembly, the United Nations, and a host of other international organizations. Like the Royal Family most of the people of VC, as the locals call their city, are Xaranese. VC is also regarded as a centre of learning, science and technology, and has a host of cultural attractions. Tour its many historic buildings and forts, witness the changing of the guard at Victoria Palace, get lost in the vibrant nightlife and cultural festivals of this busy city's energetic young population.
Please note, Victoria City only hosts Embassies and Missions from International Organizations.
Bordoria City
The largest city in Bordoria, and the epicenter of the Most Serene United Kingdom's economic life, Bordoria city is a testimony to the great wealth of the country. Located in the Province of Toronto, Bordoria City hosts both Fortune 500 companies and state-owned Crown Corporations. Whilst it is the financial capital money isn't everything, and this ultra-modern metropolis hosts a thriving nightlife, where the futuristic cyberpunk feel meshes with the gritty architecture of the old Gothic Quarter.
Bordoria City hosts Embassies, Consulates General, Consulates, and Trade Offices (2 locations).
The City of Toronto
Whilst Victoria City is the national capital, the City of Toronto is the capital of the Province of Toronto. This vibrant young city, the third largest in the country and its most diverse, is also Bordoria's capital of fashion, art and culture. Toronto is home to the worlds renown Royal Bordoria Symphony Orchestra, the Bordorian National Philharmonic Orchestra, the National Bordorian Ballet, and the Bordorian Opera Company. The city also hosts many jazz clubs and cabarets, along with a vibrant underground indie music scene, and the annual Nuit Blanche avant-garde art festival. The borough of Scarborough also hosts the worlds famous Toronto Renaissance Fair, a must see event for any worldly traveler, capped off with stargazing at the Bordoria International Film Festival.

The City of Fredricksberg
A small city with a population of a little over one million Fredricksberg is a mostly quiet residential town, surrounded on all sides by Victoria City, but covering an area of just 8.7 km2, it is the most densely populated city in Bordoria, with highrise buildings rivaling in height those of the big three cities of Bordoria. The city is also home to the main factory of Automobil Aurenoria's Bordorian operations, as well as its corporate offices within the country.

The City of Bordoria
The capital city of the Province of Bordoria, located on the east coast. Home to several ports, air ports and space ports this city is an important trade link for Bordoria. It is also home to several influential multinational corporations and several centers for innovation, trade, and investment in Bordoria. The city also hosts several cultural attractions and festivals, and is connected via highway and high-speed rail link to downtown Victoria City.

The City of Port Bordoria
Located at the mouth of the Byzantium River, this city is also an important maritime shipping port for the nation. However, it is constructed entirely over water, using state of the art flotation technologies. Due to the limited space, and municipal bylaws regarding vehicle emissions and restrictions, small electric vehicles will be provided to diplomatic offices by the Bordorian government. It is also recommended that countries set up smaller consulates or diplomatic offices in Port Bordoria as opposed to their main embassy.

Trade & Cultural Exchange Office Locations
In addition to diplomatic offices, The Most Serene United Kingdom of Bordoria also affords interested nations the oportunity to construct Trade & Cultural Exchange Offices at select locations. These trade missions can be headed by trade representatives, and enjoy many of the same privileges as embassies, consulates, and consulates general, such as extraterritoriality and consular protection. Please note, that interested nations can only construct one office in each host city.
