Describe how jails look in your country. Jail cells are divided into types of crimes that are committed.
TYPE 1 jails cells are for small crimes such as D.U.I.'s, Stealing, robbery, and drug use.
They contain a small carpeted room with a window, a toilet, a sink, a table, and a bible. Inmates are allowed 2 hours outside their cells and are decently cooked meals twice a day. Officers look to rehab inmates and educate them. Rooms are air conditioned.
TYPE 2 jails cells are for medium crimes like single-murder, multiple accounts of robbery, rape, etc.
They contain rock hard rooms with one window, a toilet, and a sink. Inmates get 1 hour outside their cells and eat meals cooked by other inmates. Officers try to rehab, but have no respect for inmates. Rooms have no air conditioning.
TYPE 3 jail cells are for the worst of the worst, such as mass murder, terrorists, serial killers, and leaders of drug cartels.
They contain locked down rooms with alarms and are watched 24/7 by soldiers. They contain just a toilet and a sink. Inmates get no time out of their cells. They are disgusting meals once a day. These cells are used only for people preparing to be executed.

Your test scores indicate that you are an open-minded progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a journalist. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a generally optimistic attitude towards humanity in general.
Your attitudes towards economics appear communist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a humanist.
To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a sensible realistic egalitarian with several strong convictions.

Does your country use torture to expose secrets from criminals?Only in cases of treason (that puts Vazeckta at risk), or in committing acts of war.
Is it used to exercise political re-education? It is a legal option that the government maintains, but it has not been used in decades.
Describe how jails look in your country.Basic ones a 15x15m room with two beds (two inmates), a powder room, a desk, two chairs, and a small plastic shelf with books and magazines (paid for by inmates). You can upgrade your cell by however much you have to pay, up to the equivalent of a presidential suite.
Is slavery allowed in your nation? No, but you can work off debts to other people (with a contract) or the government.
Do people have the right to believe in any religion?Yes, as long as your religion is government approved (you can file for approval and can appeal)
Do people have the right to NOT believe in any religion? Yes, in fact there is an island chain that is entirely atheist/agnostic. No, they are sent there by force, but the mainland is very religious and many find the area uncomfortable.
Do people have the right to change religion?Yes.
Do your country's people have the right to be heard by an impartial tribunal?Yes, although bribery in high profile cases is not unheard of.
Do your country's people have the right to a public hearing? All hearings are public unless the defendant pays for a private hearing.
Do your country's people have the right to interpretation? Yes.
Can your country's people have the right to speak without interference? To an extent, they cannot speak against Vazeckta (they can speak for change, but not promoting domestic terrorism). Also you can pay to have protesters removed from your property (corporations will do this often.)
Does your country's government respect citizens' private lives?Yes.
Do your country's people have the right to get healthy food and clean water? No. You have to pay for it or apply for private charity. The gov't doesn't give it out.

Does your country allow abortion and euthanasia? Yes It is only illegal to do things which directly and demonstrably physcally hurt others. (abortion doesnt count as hirting the baby, it counts as refusing to HELP the baby, which is perfectly legal)
Is capital punishment allowed in your country? Yes, We rely on it entirely instead of prisons (note in this since I dont mean capital punishment as in just the death penalty, but also floggings and whippings and things like that)
Give a number of executions held every year: None. We dont kill people. we sell them into slavery as a punishment, or we punish them with a flogging or something.
Does your country use torture to expose secrets from criminals? No.
Is it used to exercise political re-education? No
Describe how jails look in your country. We dont have jails per se.... We do have short term holding cells while people await other punishment, and their not very nice. But then people would only be in them for a day or two max.
Is slavery allowed in your nation? Yes, but it is not based on race or sex or anything. And no one can force you into it, unless you commit a crime. You can become a slave by committing a major crime (murder for instance) or by renging on a debt you owe. if you dont pay your debts then you are sold into slavery and the money goes towards your debt. But you cannot hav children after that (surgically and medically treated to make it impossible) so no one can be born into slavery.
Do people have the right to believe in any religion? To beleive them? Yes. But only Christian churches are allowed and you have to keep non christian beleive to yourself. But you can practice it in your own home. The only religion you are NOT allowed to beleive is satanism.
Do people have the right to NOT believe in any religion? Yes.
Do people have the right to change religion? Yes, as long as you keep quiet about it, its not illegal to practice them, its just illegal to try and make other people have to hear about it. We dont care what you practice, as long as you keep it to youself. Dont ask, Dont tell.
Do your country's people have the right to be hard by an impartial tribunal? Yes... kinda... They have the right to be heard by the nobility. And the nobility CANNOT be corrupted. It is not hereditary, you have to buy your way into the nobility. And to do so you must be a self made millionaire, and then give up EVERYTHING and never own anything again, instead living off the state. Therefore, you can have power, or luxury one. This way, the corruptible ones do not get power. And since we have no corrupt nobles, they always try and reach justice, instead of self gain, for they cant get self gain...
In addition, anyone can appeal to the King's Justice. The king, already having absolute authority, and being like the rest of nobles and not being allowed wealth, is by definition impartial. Ofcourse, it is kind of risky, because once appealed to the king, you cannot go to anyone else. And he doesnt always enforce the LAW he always enforces JUSTICE and who he thinks is in the right, regardless of the exact wording of the law, or what can be 'proved' and sides with whom he thinks is RIGHT.
Do your country's people have the right to a public hearing? Yes. When they appear before a noble it is always public.
Do your country's people have the right to interpretation? You mean legal aid? No. The goverment does not foot the bill for anything. If you can hire it yourself, thats perfectly fine, but the goverment is not responsible for paying for anything for you. We do not do any social welfare, not homeless help, not unemployment, not legal aide, nothing. There is plenty of oppurtunities here, never any lack of jobs. Therefore so long as your willing to work you dont need help.
Can your country's people have the right to speak without interference? Of course! It is not illegal to say anything. Individual freedom is paramount! There is no laws at ALL about what you can or cannot say.
Does your country's government respect citizens' private lives? Yes. So long as you dont physcally hurt others, and pay your taxes on time, as far as the goverment is concerned, you dont exist.
Do your country's people have the right to get healthy food and clean water? Do you mean does the goverment provide it for them? No.The goverment keeps citizens from physcally hurting eachother, and it enfoces deals you make, and provides for defense. That is it. We do not provide anything for you. There are plenty of jobs, and because of our no regulations policy, there always will be. If your willing to work, you always will be able to. Even if your disabled theres STILL plenty of jobs for you, so long as your not a vegetable, and then hopefully you have someone to take care of you, or money saved.
I will not source my infoprmation 99.9% of the time. If we were talking fact to face you wouldnt ask for a source, so judge what i say on its own basis, not on whether I source it, beecause I wont. Neither will I require a source, so long as the argument makes sense.

Also, Im here to have fun. If a debate gets boring, expect me to leave.
