Jackson: *he looked up at the woman* "Oh...thank you mam. How did you know Rachel?"

*The Austrian army appeared to be on high alert along the border. They had gotten a call from the NATO leaders that Vergenskia was up to something. NATO promised that it would protect Austria's independence in case of an attack.*

Bogota, Colombia
*The Plane landed at the airport. Some Soldiers came to the door and opened it. Out came several American's and Vermaak. Vermaak looked around and found who he was looking for, General Jose Santiago. He went up to Santiago and shook his hand.*
Vermaak: "Good day Mr. Santiago. Pleasure to meet you."
Santiago: "You arrived just in time agent. Please, follow me, I'll inform you of the situation."

The SUV pulls into an all-night restaurant and orders a late dinner. A machine in the SUV begins picking up radio signals from both civilian and federal devices and records them. The recordings are then digitally transmitted back to Budapest.

"At around 1100 earlier today, the Britananian First Corps invaded and secured several major Japanese cities. The Japanese Parliament signed the surrender papers 3 hours after. As of today, Japan is a Dominion of the Empire of Britanania, and in 3 weeks, I am to be enthroned Japan's Emperor."

*As the crowd looked astonished at the news of the take over, the President just continued watching the Emperor. Not showing any emotion to the news.*

Jackson: "I know it was..." *He looked down at the ground.*

Santiago: *He led the American's and Vermaak to a hanger where several members of the military where there as well. He took them to a table in which a map of the country was laid across the table.* "Alright, so basically the situation is like this. When Britanania left and the new government was set up, rebels started to form again. The Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia or FARC faction reformed and has taken control of several small towns in the south. Meanwhile GRSA forces have also cropped up. We can not let either side end up in the government. Fortunately for us FARC and the local GRSA hate each other. Also we have the Drug cartels returning. Our army is weak and many people are joining both FARC and the GRSA. We need assistance."
Vermaak: "I see. What about the other countries?"
Santiago: "Well, Ecuador and Peru are lawless right now. The governments are weak. Bandits own the countries. and Venezuela has seen the return of the Bolivar's."

A sense of intense anger floods my face and I say, "No cease to putting the people of the world under your boot."

"Oh really Karoly? If you understood even the simplest of politics, you would see the good this will do for the world."

Corrigan: *He just watched as the two leaders talked. He bit his lip. There goes the new found peace in the world. *

Vermaak: "So, what exactly do you need us to do?"
Santiago: *He pulled out a picture of a man.* "Javier Reyes, leader of a drug cartel in the south. His Cartel has been sending drugs all over the world since the days of the Britananians. The money he recieves goes to fund FARC. We need him gone."
Vermaak: "Right. I'm sure me and my men can take care of him."
Santiago: "Good luck. His compound will be surrounded by men. You must destroy his factories and then kill him. We will provide you with transport."
Vermaak: "Yes sir." *Santiago then led the agents back to the airfield and to a helicopter.*

Caudillo listened to the Generals, Admirals, and Officers give their reports on the situation of the military and nation. The report about Bolivia sparked Caudillo's interest. With a gesture of his hand the room fell silent as he rose from his chair to speak. As his eyes roamed the room he knew that a struggle was in store but he smiled at the thought, he had never been a man to shy away from a challenge.

Caudillo spoke in a strong confident voice that made everyone want to hear what this man had to say,"Bolivia is suffering from civil disorder this just confirms the justification of our cause to unite South America into one nation. We will not openly fight in Bolivia but we shall still support our brothers and sisters in arms with their struggle."

Once he had finished speaking he gave the following commands to be carried out immediately.

A Conscription Act will be put in effect all men from the age 18 to 35 who are currently unemployed must report for duty in a military branch of the Great Republic of South America.

The expansion of the Military will take first priority before all others to secure the nation against foreign and domestic threats.

The production of needed military weapons and equipment will replace factories that the government decides upon.

"What about the thousands of lives your took away for this newest conquest, you pig?" I say, losing control of my words.

The Emperor's face flushed. It was very rare he lost his temper, but this young king was tying his anger.

"Get out of my Empire, you bastard son of a bastard king, and if i ever see your face in any land that I posses, I will make it certain that you would've wished your father was never killed."

"What is it?! Can't handle the guilt?!"

"I can't handle arrogant boy kings who have done nothing in their entire lives telling me how to run a nation, when the only thing you can run is a Pokemon game. If you do not leave the Empire this instant, you are under arrest."

At that moment, my mother chimes up.

"Both of you children, shut your mouths. And both of you, learn some respect." She grabs me by the collar and pulls me away and toward the door. "And Lelouch. You know the circumstances he's under and you were no better." She says before escorting me out with my sisters and back to the Capital.

The Emperor sneered.

"The party is over. Nobody can leave the Capital, except for the Vergenskian boy, until tomorrow."

Lupin reads the UNE's message of exile. He must take action now. He got in his Governmental car followed by a 4 battalions of heavily armed marines. He is heading for windsor castle were the King is currently occupying. Lupin was in no mind for sensible tactics and cunning gameplay, as he saw it he and the country were in jepordy. They arrived. They killed the Guards. They got to the King. Lupin hurridly spoke,

"Your highness for the good of your people you must now abducate and hand over the nation the PM now!"

The King replied,

"I've lost my country once and i shall NOT lose it a second time!!"

Lupin pulled out his revolver and shot at the gap between the Kings legs. Now he was getting desperate.

"I insist that you sign the document sir! If you dont our Nation shall slip into darkness unlike it ever has before! Currently wars are raging globally and the second age of Empire is at its peak! If you dont sign to us now, then soon you shall sign away the Nation away to a foreign force! You have no choice sir!"

The king signed the documents and his head then fell into his shaking hands. His rule had ended.

Lord Admiral Peyton recieved instructions from Naval Command in London

This message was also sent to the capitals of the world aswell as UNE HQ. A second message also arrived. Ethiopia was begging for help to rebuild it crumbling country. The Admiral set sail to Ethiopia with a battalion of medics, 10,000 tonnes of food, and 3 battalions of infantry.

Corrigan: "Perhaps we can discuss Vergenskia some time soon."
*he then went over to his wife and kids. He helped his wife up and the four left with his father as well. As the American's left the other leaders started to leave as well.*

The Emperor's two week Honeymoon has ended, a week hunting big game in Africa, and a week at his Transylvanian Castle. The Britananian Monarch's Enthronement as Japan's Emperor had just finished, officially making him Japan's Monarch. As per the Constitution, most power still rests in Parliament and the new Prime Minister, Britananian General Oda Kenshin, Grand Duke of Owari.

The Emperor's meeting with the FEA President was about to begin, and he entered the meeting room.

Still steaming about the incident in Nevermore, I call in Commander Antal Fekete.

"Yes, Károly?" He says as he enters the room.

"I need to prove my worth to this world, Antal. I need you to start Phase 3 of VH-11 quite a bit earlier. Do you think Phases 1 and 2 are done enough to launch Phase 3?"

Fekete nods, "I think we can get it done. When do you think the deadline will be?"

"November 11th." I reply.

Antal looks at me, stunned. "Do you know..."

"Yes, Antal. I know the date."

Corrigan: *he nodded as the Emperor entered.* "Hello my good friend. Did you and the Empress enjoy you're honeymoon?"

*Leaders from the NATO countries and Austria arrive in Prague for a meeting. Mostly concerning Vergenskia but with topics also ranging to the UK.*

Corrigan: "Oh don't worry your Highness. I don't believe my proposals shall waste our times. In the end we should both win theoretically. Anyway, my proposals are this. Number one, You get to keep all of Japan and I will not protest at all and shall recognize your claim. But, you will have to relinquesh all claims on the Island of Iceland. Which in reality, Japan is probably much better to own then Iceland. That is my first proposal. My second is that you keep most of Japan but relinquesh the northern island of Hokkaido and re-establish the Republic of Ezo. These are my proposals my friend. I hope you like them so that we can move onto Vergenskia."

7 November 2058. Prague, Czech Republic
President of Prussia: "Leaders, we must do something about Vergenskia. They appear to be preparing for war."
Chancelor of Germany: "Yes but what should we do? We can't attack yet, that would look bad on our part."
Vice-President Carlson: "The President has suggested Re-arming the Russians.."
President Of Poland: "Sounds risky."
President of Austria: "But it would probably be worth it in the end."

The Emperor thought for a spell.

"I shall take your second option, with the stipulation I remain the ceremonial head of the Republic of Ezo, and nothing more."

I stew about what the objective of Phase 4 would be. In a few hours I got it. I call Commander Fekete back in and whisper to him the target of Phase 4.

7 November 2058. Northern Vergenskia.

Phase 3 begins. This is merely the briefing on Phase 4. But along with it is an in-base only restriction, jammers are activated, destroying any and all outward digital messages, no outward post and increased inspections of every part of the base, to eliminate all information getting out.

Corrigan: *He smiled in surprise.* "Well, that went over easier then I expected I must say. But good. I shall agree to your terms. So, all your forces shall evacuate Ezo and a new republic shall be set up. Now. On to our bigger problem."

*The Helicopter landed at an airstrip in the rainforest. The agents stepped out and turned towards Santiago who was still in the helicopter.*
Santiago: "This is your base of operation for the time you will be here. We will extract you in a week. Good luck my friends. Kill the bastard."
*and with that he signaled to the pilot who took off.*

Their delegates will be removed from Britanania, the Empire of France, the Kingdom of Italy, the Kingdom of Iberia, the Swiss Confederation, and my other Possessions and Dominions. We will break him economically, as Vergenksia is reliant on us for many of their products and resources. I will not be insulted publicly by a mere upstart."
