Legion Hypermarkets International Co. is a hypermarket and retailer chain operating over 100,000 hypermarkets all around the Recon Empire and over 80 countries. The biggest general retail company in the nation, it changed its name from "Legion Supermarkets" to "Legion Hypermarkets" as the subsidiary became international, in hopes of widening its spectrum of products and to create even greater diversity for the consumers and clients. The Gatcher Buiding is a 30-storey corporate building housing the management and corporate sector of its international businesses. The Gatcher Building was constructed to the image of reliability and independence of the brand. The Gatcher Building has been the national headquarters of "Legion Supermarkets" and has withstood a long history from the early constructions of Government City.
Named after the previous building, a fabric manufacturing factory, Gatcher Incorporated, the Gatcher Building now stands as an icon in the area while serving optimum functionality and efficiency.

Ms Maria Faure is the President of the world renowned Legion Hypermarkets chain. She was the founder of the original Faure Supermarkets, which was purchased by the Legion Corporation for $400 million, and renamed Legion Supermarkets(after its international expansion, Legion Hypermarkets). Ms Maria Faure has built her entire life on general retail and has operated the Faure Supermarkets chain for over 50 years, expanding over 1500 branches. After its absorption by the Legion Corporation, she served as the President of Legion Hypermarkets, continuing her direction with the passion she had 50 years ago. Ms Faure was born in a poor family, making a living out of selling tidbits on trolleys. She has since built up the business and brought the hypermarkets to its international reputation today.
Ms Faure is known to be strict and loud, but wise and careful. She is married with two children, each with businesses of their own. She fancies fur coats and is almost never seen without one. Ms Maria Faure currently has a net worth of R$2 billion, mostly in Legion Hypermarkets shares.

Mr Vince Broderick is the Executive Chairman of Legion Hypermarkets. A corporate legend, developing many businesses worth hundreds of billions of dollars, Mr Broderick was appointed as the Executive Chairman of Legion Hypermarkets, and has successfully paved the way to its international expansion, under the advice of Ms Maria Faure. Mr Broderick has held high managerial positions in top companies, such as Rostislavovich Arms and Export and the Legion Corporation. He has served on the board of directors for many companies as well, providing his deep experience and directional advice.
Mr Broderick received his MBA from the Lyneham School of Business, as well as an MA in Corporate Communications from the Starinsky College of Law. Mr Broderick has set up a fund to push for charitable causes, the Broderick Foundation, with a NS$150 million endowment. He is currently a member in the Board of Directors of SaltAIR, representing the investment interests of the Legion Corporation.
