Plot: Confessions of a Psychopath is the story of a young man, Beren Usulni (Seldorien) who has been diagnosed as a "Antisocial/Psychopathic Type" and his attempt to function in the world. Displaying indifference towards the emotions of others the psychopath however only to a limited extent proves vicious towards his surroundings and in his relationship with his mother Miranda (Wilvarin) who tries to integrate her son into society he at times prove almost affectionate despite the occasional spurt of aggression.

Through college Beren proves extremely charming and fearless winning many friends and lovers though inevitable alienating and hurting most of them due to his inherit egocentricity and shallowness. His onetime girlfriend Ildéra (Olossë) he hurts so badly that she makes a failed attempt at suicide, which Beren seems fairly puzzled about, though he fails to display any sign of remorse.

Upon graduation Beren decides to become a lawyer and due to a great intellect quickly becomes an associate with a law company specializing in defending people accused of very brutal crimes. Beren finds himself easily able to work with the, presumably psychopathic, clients of the firm and is intrigued by their explanation of the pleasure they derive from their respective crimes.

Having a chance encounter with Ildéra Beren emotionally abuses her for some time. After a conversation with his mother, where Beren "confesses" about the harm he has done others and displaying some guilt, he however sends Ildéra a bouquet of flowers but it is left unclear if the flowers are a peace offering or an attempt to lure his former girlfriend back into an abusive relationship.
