Cities:
Most major cities in Triblios lie on the coast or are nearby. Many immigrants live in these cities or the suburbs outside it due to a rumor that processing government paperwork in Akriashi is faster than in other cities and that major cities process paperwork faster than towns in Triblios. As the Triblios government uses computers and the internet to handle paperwork,this is not true,and probably the reverse is true as most paperwork must be scanned checked for errors by humans.Cities also attract the majority of many businesses in Triblios,and towns and villages tend to be outside or between these cities.

Government:
The Government of Triblios is a representative democracy,yearly the people vote on their ministers and President of choice on the ballot,collectively the parliament,and representatives are chosen based on popular vote and represenatation of ethnic groups to make up the Congress,where laws are made.If the people are angered over a law,they can raise an issue,which is handled by the parliament,which has the power to rewrite laws in response to issues. The Ministers each are the head of their respective department.

Economy:
The Republic of Triblios has a market economy,that being capitalism. However, the businesses are regulated at the government at various levels of regulation as a result of various and continuing reforms.Currently, the market has relatively little regulation from the government. Currently the major Industries are Tourism,Gambling,and book publishing.

Crime:
The Republic of Triblios has a non-existent crime rate and as such,has no official police force. The government,however,watches the news reports and emergency center calls for acts of violence and bases this on whether this means that crime can possibly reappear and thus the creation of an official police force be needed.
Foreign Affairs:
The Republic of Triblios handles Foreign Affairs through the Triblios Foreign Affairs Department, with Minister Usted Wilson as the head of the department. Below is a brief mention of Triblios' Foreign Policy.
Fleeing Criminals
people charged and/or convicted as criminals by foreign governments for committing said act in that nations lands that have fled to Triblios will be investigated by The Triblios Foreign Affair Department's Foreign criminals branch. If the crime that the suspect has been charged with is legal in Triblios,then The Republic of Triblios will refuse requests by foreign governments to return the person to the government and will offer political asylum to the person.There are some exceptions to this,however, in the cases of drug dealing/possession/use and some other crimes, in which case Triblios will demand to know what punishment the suspect will be issued and Triblios will decide if said sentence is just. Also, The Republic of Triblios will conduct its own investigation into whether the suspect is guilty or not-guilty. Note that if the investigation is hindered in any way by the foreign government,then the suspect will be dismissed as 'not guilty' and offered political asylum.
Refugees
The Republic of Triblios will accept all refugees from a war-torn or ecologically devastated land. Those fleeing corrupt or dictatorial governments are also accepted and offered political asylum.
Immigration
All immigrants are accepted into Triblios and can apply for registration to become a citizen. Note that when they first enter Triblios,they are considered to have a 'tourism visa' and can only stay for 30 days unless they apply for an extended toursim visa or apply for citizenship.
Foreign Governments
When the Triblios Government regards certain governments as unacceptably obstructing freedom and other human rights, the Triblios government may enact economic tariffs or embargoes against the offending nation and nations supporting the actions in question. The Triblios government may also encourage other nations to join in the economic embargo as well. Also,the Triblios government may also refuse politcal assistance to said nation until the nation stops the offending action(s).
Embargoes
The Triblios government may ban economic trade with nations found to be obstructing human rights. In an economic embargo, public and private companies,as well as the government, are required to stop un-approved trade with the nation. The trade can only be approved in a panel including the President and Ministers.
Social
The people of Triblios tend to favor compassion and intelligence,and as such tend to favor helping others.
Religion
The majority of Triblios is atheist or agnostic,while there are a notable group of violetists,christians,muslums,buddists,and scientologists. The exact numbers are unknown due to a lack of credible polls due to the mass apathy towards religions by the majority.
News
The leading newspaper in Triblios is Digi-News,which is a public online newspaper with citizens,along with professional reporters,posting news topics. Other major newspapers include the Akriashi Times, and The Democratic Flyer.
Digi-News:
The most widely read newspaper in Triblios,Digi-news relies on both reporters and members to post news topics on its website,where other people can read it and post replies and opinions on the topics in a forum-like fashion. Digi-news also has a public/government funded television channel and traditional newspaper,although the paper tends to report news topics from some days old.
The Akriashi Times:
The Akriashi Times is the second largest newspaper in Triblios. Unlike Digi-News,it started out as a traditional newspaper and does not have its own televison channel,but does also have a website where users can reply to news topics,but not report them.
The Democratic Flyer:
This newspaper seeks to support more Democratic-Socialist policies in Triblios,along with typical news sections.There has been some outrage against this newspaper by some right-wing political groups,but it has been in the form of public condemnation.
