I really don't want one. You know, it'd be nice to author the 3rd(?) repeal that wasn't followed by a replacement.
If the clause gets a lot of opposition, I'll take it out.

I don't want to see a replacement either, but I'd leave out that clause anyway. It seems a bit thuggish.
HOPING that any potential replacement is more thought-out and better represents the various situations regarding outer space and WA member-states,
