Don't. Proposing illegal proposals still accrues warnings, and I've seen on past occasions the mods take a harder line on people who were knowingly submitting illegal proposals.

FURTHER RECOGNISING that while education alone cannot ensure a ‘fair and just world’, it can aid in creating a more level playing field tremendously.

1. URGES MANDATES all WA member nations, regardless of economic development level to conduct a full review of the national curriculum to ensure that technology plays an adequate role in the process of learning, teaching and assessment.
2. ENCOURAGES MANDATES all WA nations to ensure that the involvement of technology in learning, teaching and assessment activities must make up at substantial portion of curriculum time in a semester.
3. SUGGESTS MANDATES to all WA nations, that schools in their nation should allocate a substantial amount of their funding and budget to purchasing technological hardware and software that can better enhance learning and assessment.

FURTHER MANDATES the establishment of the “World Assembly Technology in Education Committee” (WATEC) and the “Technology in Education Development Fund” (TEDF), for nations who lack adequate funding to purchase technological infrastructure for the purposes of education.

DEFINES the duties of WATEC as:

1. Overseeing the TEDF, which WA countries without adequate funds can request to fund programmes that effectively utilise technology in education.
2. Monitoring the use of and preventing the misuse of such funds by these WA countries
3. Assisting WA countries which lack expertise to, at their request, plan programmes and initiatives which utilise technology in education.
4. Continually study and research new methods which allow technology to be utilised in the process of learning, that WA countries can implement.
5. Monitoring programmes and initiatives in countries and determine which, if any, are suitable for implementation in other WA nations, and then recommending such programmes to these WA countries, particularly those who have requested funds from the TEDF.

Okay, I truly respect the views and ideals of all my other fellow World Assembly members, and please don’t vote this down. This is a legit proposal and according to all my observations of previous resolutions, are all business. So, please, let this pass through so that we can know what my our other fellow colleagues in the WA that aren’t delegates express their ideas about this.

It may not be obvious, but there has been reportedly increasingly hostile activities against other nations an raging insult threads in the forums. There is also all the brouhaha about raiding and fighting against whom people call “Fenders”. So thus, I woke up one morning and though? Gee, why don’t we have a tennis committee? This way not only will the people be happier, but also it can be used to diminish maliciousness in this world.

Okay, lets get down to basics

Article 2:

This proposal, if passed will hereby put this implications:

AGREEING that this tennis committee can be changed to a baseball or soccer committee

DEFINES nationstates admin as the ultimate leader of the committee

FORBIDS and political talks or recruitment for regions using this committee

INCLUDES that the sport can be changed to any other one

FURTHER INCLUDES that it can also be changed to any hobby

MANDATES that a sub committee be made to oversee all negotiations and to ruminate on hobbies or sports that the name will be changed to in order to avoid inappropriate names.

NOMINATES The United Sectors of Earth as the president and The African Republic of America as the vice president

i) The tennis committee is immune to all kinds of bureaucracy and politics, for this committee is the bane of such things.

ii) Allows nations to come and leave freely from the committee

iii) Includes but is not limited to ranks and different posts

iv) Elections for these posts

v) No requirements needed

It is understandable that this proposal is not in the normal formats of proposals in nation states, but as stated before in article 1, this is merely a balm that will soothe everyone and make the streets of the world a better place and reduce assassinations, targeted killing and coups.

Trusted, this committee can work wonders on our planet. So, go out there and vote yes!
