While it is illegal by trying to legislate game mechanics, i dont see how it is silly. He/she wants a change in order for nations to reapply to be in the WA. I see nothing silly about it. If it was better worded and explained it better i doubt you would call it silly.

It seems a lot of people in this thread use "bloody stupid" and "silly" as a valid reason for calling it illegal. No agreeing with it does not make it stupid or illegal.
