Just post your own thread. There's no schedule for discussions.

Sciongrad and I both keep a list. Search the forum. However, I do not believe that both are well updated for recent resolutions...

Is there anything on the GA books prohibiting honour killings? I'm searching around for a new project to start drafting, but I couldn't find that wording anywhere in the passed resolutions.

Please don't. That is what Vancouvia's whole Rights of Indigenous peoples revolved around, and we don't need Kenny storming back in here.

Just an idea, I hadn't started drafting yet. I won't.

Too late. What's this I'm hearing about an honor-killing ban?!?! >:(

Actually, I don't see why it would be such a bad idea. The problem with Rights of Indigenous Peoples was that it prevented nations from banning barbaric cultural practices.

Anyone one to work on making a proposal that suggests the rehabilitation of criminals rather than a harsh punishment that does nothing to make the criminal a productive citizens?

No such project exists. If you want to start one, you'll have to begin a thread of your own.

It'd have to be a real tiny colony to fit on a Plant.
Or, some form of properly massive super-flora.

In any case, this is not the place for that, nor would a proposal to that effect be legal.

If a proposal comes to vote, just vote on it. There's big buttons which give you such options.

WA resolutions have actual effects on your national statistics, but the actual text only really matters for GA Roleplay. It doesn't affect your roleplay unless you want it to.

You need two endorsements to submit a proposal. Then it must be approved by a quorum of delegates before it can go to a general vote.

You do what you just did - post a thread and let other people review it. What you've posted isn't much of a proposal, so you're going to need a TON of work before you get something appropriate.

Sierra Lyricalia wrote:You need two endorsements to submit a proposal. Then it must be approved by a quorum of delegates before it can go to a general vote.

Not really relevant to his question.

Is it illegal for me to start churning out stargates and plopping them out on random planets (if I were in the WA)?
