Education for the World
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.

Description: Description: Aware that children all around the world are deprived or cannot go to school and that the right to an education is, most definitely, a human right that all children deserve,
Believing that education is a right that every child, male and female should have,
This September the World Assembly hereby:
Prohibits nations from depriving their children of a proper education;
Expands the ability for all nations to give the education their children need because education is how we, as a world, can progress;
Determines nations are to make sure all children are able to go to a clean, safe and effective public schooling; and
Requires that World Assembly makes sure that these promises are not only kept, but, worked on and made.
There is no greater power in this world than education. Education is what allows us to make sure this world becomes a better place and kids are the focal point of this issue. Don't let bright and able minds go to waste.

OOC: Well, that's duplicating and probably also contradicting a few resolutions, has RL reference or a bad pun that shouldn't be in a real proposal ("september") leaves out non-binary individuals (which is discrimination forbidden by previous legislation), says things need to be done but not how, and very bloggish towards the end. Also says "kids" are the focal point, while the resolution talks about children.

Author, write a GHR and ask the mods to remove it. If you submit too many illegal proposals, you'll be kicked out of the WA for a year on that account.

Past precedent said that the names of months are okay to use: presumably they just get translated by the gnomes, as appropriate, like the rest of the text.

I spy a loophole for creative compliance, because of that line, though: Arguably the whole proposal could be taken to apply only during "this September"...
... and which September is that, anyhows? Where I live, in RL, it's actually most of the way through October already...
