Border Control
Description: Purpose:Establish an effective and humanitarian border control in case of war, or crises caused by them.
Reason:Knowing that humanitarian crises are usually intensified or caused by wars, and that many wars are happening right now, we shoul stick to issues triggered by those crises. Knowing that criminals may attempt to pass by as refugees.
Hereby propose that:
1.Increase in military and humanitarian fundings for a better assement and reception of refugges.
2.Governments should do a full criminal research on refugees in order to protect their citizens from potential terrorists.
3.Governments should create incentive and integration programs so that those immigrants can feel welcomed.
4.Governments should create programs to protect those immigrants from xenophobic attacks.
5.Believes that all members should make efforts to contain criminals and encourages everyone to contribute with ways to protect innocent people from the suffering of wars.
6.Preserve the right of nations to deny such measures.
7.Declares that National borders must remain protected.
8.Prohibits the imposition of measures but encourages nations to take them.
