If you want further reasons, though it is not required, it did not advance human rights (despite your decision to use that category), it contains real world references, and there is absolutely zero purpose to profanity in a General Assembly proposal. Lastly, even democracies have rules. You've clearly mistaken a democracy for anarchy.
