OOC: I wouldn't bother. Universal currency proposals are against the rules.

There was a long-past proposal to establish a WA currency that was merely optional* for members, but it failed miserably.

* EDIT: I can't even remember why it was legal, actually.

The reason this wouldn't work is because of the loss of autonomy that comes with it. Plus, it would lessen the value of whatever currency you're vying for if it becomes universal.

You can only be endorsed by nations that are in the same region as you.
