Promotion of Citrus Beverages

Description: THE ASSEMBLED NATIONS OF THE WORLD ASSEMBLY,
OUTRAGED at the lack of citrus beverages at public meetings of many of the nations the multiverse over, whether this is due to lack of citrus, lack of technology to create citrus-based beverages, or other impediments which surely exist somewhere,
DEFINING citrus beverages as liquids intended for safe consumption, a major ingredient of which is the fruit of a plant from the genus of Citrus, in particular oranges,
DEFINING public meetings as meetings held at the local or national level to which the general public of the nation, or a section thereof, is invited,
ACKNOWLEDGING the many benefits of citrus beverages not only to the physical health of the consumer, but also to the mental and spiritual health of the same,
NOTING that, while it is possible to make a citrus beverage in such a way that its physical health effects are lost, these alterations only increase the benefit to one's spiritual and mental health,
HEREBY MANDATES that the following be included at all public meetings:
- Three oranges, peeled and de-veined,
- Two hundred and fifty milliliters of milk or coconut milk,
- One egg plus two egg yolks (from chickens),
- Five milliliters of vanilla extract,
- Thirty milliliters of raw honey (preferably from bees),
- Three hundred and seventy-five milliliters of crushed or cubed water ice, and
- One blender, whether electric, automatic, or cranked by hand or other appendage;
FURTHER MANDATES that an agent of the member nation's government combine in a blender the aforementioned non-blender ingredients except the oranges and ice,
ORDERS that the agent of the member nation's government mix these ingredients for around twenty standard time parts (or, seconds) until a frothy cream has been achieved, at which point the oranges shall be added accompanied by another twenty standard time parts (or, seconds) of blending, or until the mixture has achieved a smooth consistency, followed by the addition of the ice to be blended for the same amount of time,
EXCUSES from consumption of citrus beverages those species and individuals to whom the ingredients are dangerous or in violation of dietary restrictions, whether they be religious, personal, or otherwise,
STATES that, in the event that the entirety of a public meeting is composed of beings who cannot consume the above citrus beverage, a beverage which is to be evaluated as being as similar as possible to that described above may be prepared instead, and
CREATES the Committee for the Promotion of Citrus Beverages (or, C.P.C.B.) to assist member nations in compliance with the above duties, including the acquisition of the necessary ingredients if they are not easily found in the member nation, evaluating substitute beverages as actually being as similar as possible, and providing flexible liquid extraction tubes (or, bendy straws) in assorted colors.
