Believing that workers should run their own workplaces,
Recognizing the right of workers to democratically manage their own work and the product the their work in a self-directed manner.
Hereby:
1. Defines, for the purposes of this resolution:
"means of production" are physical, non-human inputs used for the production of economic value, such as facilities, machinery, tools, infrastructural capital and natural capital.
"Workplace democracy" is the application of democracy in all its forms (including voting systems, debates, democratic structuring, due process, adversarial process, systems of appeal) to the workplace,
2. Permits member states to convert public and private owned means of production to: Worker and community owned means of production,
3. Otherwise forbids member states from sabotage and interfering with worker directed workplaces,
4. Requires member states to allow workers and communities to organize as they see fit with organizations like Cooperatives, Workers' councils, and other ways of organizations workers see fit,
5. Mandates that member states have their economies controlled by it's workers and communities,
6. Highly encourages member states to support by subsidizing and aiding the workers in the functioning and defense of the worker and community owned means of production and distribution,
7. Suggests that member nations to give workers and their communities more power beyond what this proposal says otherwise.

Students with Disabilities Act

Description: The Students with Disabilities Act is a four pillar program to ensure all students around the world with disabilities get the appropriate school environment to thrive at the same level as students without disabilities.
Part 1)
Equivalent Public Education:
This part guarantees every student is treated fairly and equally by the schools they attend according to their disability. Every school must meet the following requirements
• Meets the needs of every student
• Access to all general education programs
• Student acquires educational benefits
Part 2)
Nonrestrictive school setting:
This part guarantees every student with a disability a fair chance in the same setting as students with non disabilities, unless the student faces a severe disability limiting the setting they have access to.
Part 3)
Fair assessment:
This part guarantees students with disabilities a fair assessment equivalent to students with no disabilities. This includes assessing additional assets the student may need to thrive in a school environment.
Part 4)
Allowance of medical assets:
This part guarantees students the right to have their medical needs met while in school. This includes but is not limited to: wheel chairs, oxygen tanks, medicine, epipens, and inhalers.
