I have a few questions about the WA

1. What are the requirements to join?
2. Can I freely decide to leave at any time once I'm in?
3. Do they have amendments dictating controversial topics (gun control, gay marriage, abortion, universal healthcare/education,etc.?) because I really want to make those decisions for my own nation myself.

You might want to have a look at the faq regarding the WA: http://www.nationstates.net/page=faq#WA

You can leave at any time.

Amendments? I assume this is some form of US-centric term. We don't have any amendments but there are plenty of original, unamended laws regarding what your country can and can't do if it's a member: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=30.

1. Must only use one nation in the WA and must have an email account
2. Yes
3. Yes, but these resolutions only slightly affect your nation stats (and they don't restrict you when it comes to options in issues).
