We the people of the union ask the general assembly to debate and pass the resolution that I request be seen and hopefully passed for our future generations.

We have been seeing a huge jump in sexual assault among military levels in the world either from terrorism activities or as well as military schools. The following is what we ask for in the law.

1. All nations be responsible among setting up educational classes for the military personnel as well as leaders.

2. Any nation reported for sexual assault during combat will be investigated under the rules of war.

3. Any nation who fails to abide by the request will be stripped of international aid and sanctions imposed until actions are corrected.

4. Any families or person who is victim to this will be entitled to visas from any nation that accepts the personnel.

I am sorry New to the lingo but if he is asking for category I believe it should be in the category of the Geneva convention of war. But strength not to sure.

This has the potential to be a decent proposal with some further editing. However, clause 3, detailing punitive action, seems unduly harsh:

Wrecking the economy of a nation because they fail to provide classes for soldiers? What about in a time of war, surely insisting on these classes during a war would be impractical? Also, what is the threshold for sanctions to be applied, would accidentally missing a single scheduled class be grounds for sanctions? The practicalities of this proposal need more consideration.
