These disasters have caused the deaths of thousands of people and also forced many out of their homes. I therefore propose the complete inhalation of all nuclear devices and weapons in order to keep our Nations clean and prosperous as many where before this terrible invention

2) If you're going to make a proposal, write one, don't just say one should be written.

3) Inhaling nuclear devices and weapons would be incredibly dangerous (and most likely impossible)!

4) You can't ban nuclear weapons, because there is an existing resolution that explicitly allows member nations to have nukes.
