8. Or any other demographical discrimination is against the wishes of the assembly.

At the event of the passage of the proposal, members of the assembly shall obey the aforementioned civilr rights to their respective jurisdictions as part of being members of the distinguished assembly.

#1 your wording is crap
#2 the way you have this written it won't even get .1% of support to even get on the WA's agenda
#3 look at other WA proposals and learn from them then you might get this passed

It has already been done. Since you were in such a hurry to submit legislation without taking the time to read anything you have submitted an illegal proposal.

As an update: You probably shouldn't multy to obtain the endorsements needed to submit legislation either, or if you do you are likely to get banned. Your multy puppets were very easy to spot and thus have been reported.

Or submit your proposal twice, for that matter. That's also likely to end in WA expulsion. Two endorsements can be collected in a matter of minutes by simply moving to a feeder and stating that you want to submit a proposal.

Nor was yours. On both accounts.

Now, to break away from our little threadjack, this proposal is illegal on several grounds, and is entirely unnecessary as long as CoCR stands. Furthermore, this would need vast amounts of improvement in order to make it an adequate replacement, even if CoCR suddenly vanished from the books.

The proposal is illegal for reasons already mentioned by players. There is no point in leaving this open, since the delegates seem unable to comport themselves with dignity.
