The Mods have been reexamining the categories and their statistical affects to determine what if any changes were beneficial. Only a few select areas have been altered. Overall, you can expect categories and their affects to remain the same, but there are some changes.
Social Justice no longer includes healthcare spending. You can use the existing Healthcare category for all future spending.
The following categories had minor stat changes and/or updates:
- Education & Creativity: Free Press now has censorship stats
- Health: International Aid
- Advancement of Industry: Labor Deregulation
- Gambling, Outlaw
- Recreational Drug Use: Promote
