Titel der Stadt has been a respected ally of Duestchstien since its creation. He is a responsible mature person who would never make the mistake again. He is not only my ally but a stronger player politically in the region.

So I ask that you please let him back in as he will never make the same mistake.

Ejection from the WA is permanent for any given nation, but he can rejoin with a puppet.

1.) Ignore them, they want attention. Giving it to them will only encourage them.
2.) Keep a backup region or two handy, with a password in place, in case you are raided. You can move there if needed.

1. Moderators do not accept third-party appeals (appeals for someone else).
2. Even if they did, it wouldn't go anywhere. WA bans are permanent and not appealable. Unless your friend committed plagarism, they got two warnings before being ejected. Not just one, but two. You don't get ejected from the WA just for an innocent mistake. They knew what they were doing and/or had a chance to stop it before being ejected.
3. Your friend can create a new nation to rejoin the WA. Only his nation is banned.
4. Oh yeah, forgot. Wrong forum. You were looking for Moderation, but you aren't now because you know that this type of request doesn't belong there either.

I DIDNT DO IT ON PURPOSE!!!!!!1 I THOUGHT THAT THE TELEGRAMS WERE NOTIFICATIONS, NOT WARNINGS! I THOUGHT THEY WERE SAYING THAT THE ISSUE HAD BEEN DELT WITH, AND THAT MY PROPOSAL WAS INVALID! HOW COULD I HAVE BEEN PLAGURISING IF I DIDNT KNOW THAT IT HAD BEEN DELT WITH! I'm sorry for yelling. It was an innocent mistake. I promise.

The telegrams are warnings double as a notice highlighting why your illegal proposal hasbeen removed. A proposal can be illegal without being plagiarized. Yours were not removed for plagiarism. There are a multitude of other rules with which proposal must comply. Yours did not comply. You had three warnings/strikes. Typically on the third strike, you're ejected.
