You really should have posted here for drafting and feedback before submitting.
Wording saved here:
Noting that companies can legally exploit there workers;

Believing that the labor class should be protected from these companies;

Further believing that it's morally wrong for a nation to allow companies to exploit their workers;

Realizing that employment for certain companies can put a workers health in jeopardy;

The World Assembly Herby:

Defines the "labor class" as people who are employed for wages in manual labor.

Declares:
(1) Companies must compensate workers who have been injured while performing their job,
(2) Companies are Forbidden from making workers work overtime with no pay,
(3) Companies are forbidden from making workers work in harsh environments without proper equipment,
(4) Companies are forbidden from forcing workers to work with hazardous materials without proper equipment,
(5) Companies must offer health benefits to all workers,

Um, no, they can't exploit their workers.
Try reading the pinned threads and participating in some debates before you draft.

I'll give you an "A" for enthusiasm, but that is about all the credit I can give you.

First off, drafting a piece of legislation takes time. It is not something that can be done willy nilly at a whim. The first thing anybody should do before writing a draft is find out what is already covered by existing legislation. That said, if you have an idea that is not covered by existing resolutions you can start with a rough draft.

When writing a rough draft, you have to write from the point of view of the World Assembly. Here is where it gets complicated; the World Assembly is filled with nations of different tech levels from different planets, and even different Universes. It is also host to many different species, not just human beings. On that same note, if your idea is something that would work better at strictly a national level it is best to keep it there.

If you are able to successfully navigate that far, next comes the critique. Do not let that sway you, the word critique has a bad rap but the truth of the matter is in order to have something successful sometimes you need to put a little more work into it. Some members of the Assembly will be aggressive; it is nothing personal so it helps to have a thick skin. Keep in mind that there are a lot of schlock proposals, and there have been some members who have stood by their proposals to the very end in spite of how bad they were. If somebody offers their opinion, give it some serious thought and if you are the only one speaking in favor of an idea it might be a good idea to let it go.

If your proposal manages to survive critique after you have made adjustments to the original draft, then you should be more than ready to submit it. Everything takes time, patience is definitely something worth having. Good luck.

So, this assertion that workers are not "covered" is just so much bullsqueeze. What you have drafted is an ill-conceived, not very well written, pile of duplication. Please do some research first.
Everything you know about me is wrong. Or a rumor. Something like that.

And spell "hereby" right, because Tinfect is correct, I don't do any of that stuff.
-- Ambassador #53. From the nation of Herby. But you can call me Herby.

Herby's doors and windows are ALWAYS locked when she's in the Strangers' Bar (unless she unlocks them for you). And, she has no accelerator, a mock steering wheel, and no gear shifter. So, no joyrides.

Actually, GAR#21 was repealed and replaced by GAR#344. Kenny hasn't updated that list in a while.
