Category: Human Rights
Strength: Significant
Proposed by: Nemuroa
Description: This resolution will help the World Assembly's Homeless population gain more rights then they already have today.
1. Allow the Homeless too enter a store without getting kicked out or abused. ( This does not allow any homeless to abuse or act differently from normal customers, if they do call authorities too take them too a shelter.)
2. Make governments in the World Assembly fund Homeless welfare programs and help building homeless shelters.
3. Make Homeless be able too bypass loitering laws, if used against them.
4. If Homeless that are found have children immediately give them a temporary home in till they have a job that can support their family.
5. If any Homeless that are found have mental illness immediately find a homeless shelter for them too live in.
6. If any Homeless that are found have pets immediately take the homeless and there pet(s) too a homeless shelter that can fund or help them.
7. If anyone that is non-homeless that abuses or hurts a Homeless adult give them a 1 year or more prison sentence, if anyone abuses or hurts a Homeless child give them a 5 year or more prison sentence.
8. If a homeless child is found without a family give them too a orphanage immediately, and if they have any pet's give them too a pet shelter.
These laws would help and stop growing homeless problems in the World Assembly nations.
