To allow Leaders and their Families of Nations Governed by families or are preceded by an Heir, Regent, Person of choice, or Elected Official to be Protected by any means necessary or available to protect their line of rule and legacy.
Including:
1. Personal or Royal Body Guard as large as needed
2. Allow for defense weapons such as Anti tank missles, Heat Seeking Missles, Tanks of choice, Aircrafts of choice, Means of Escape for the Governing Officials, Regents or Families by means of Safe Route through WA Membered Nations allied or not.
3. Means of Nuclear Decisions and Defense if capable.
4. Means of help from capable WA members
5. Means of Housing the Officials, Families, or Regents by WA Members for safety
6. If under strict Declaration of Marshal Law may give soldiers permission for Execution of Enemies, Terrorists, Members of a Coue, Assassins, Deserters, Heretics, Traitors, and Members of an Uprising.
7. Permission of Lethal Force upon any sensed threat on the life or lives of the Governing Body or Official.
8. Permission of Water Boarding and Torture upon Declaration of Martial Law.
9. The Rights to Use any means including Lethal means to Protect Government Officials, Families, or Regents from death or harm.
10. The Right to use Chemical Warfare by means of force to protect any Member, Regent, or Family of Government.
