Should there be a world assembly resolution that bans genocides (methodical killings of religious, ethnic or political groups)? I have one definition here, but does anybody have a better one?

However it is, can people just stop with the absurd polls which list ridiculous reasons and just go back to an unpolitical yes-no format?
