The ambassador of Lichian was found on the roof of a nearby bar, viewing the wreckage streaking through the sky with a malt liquor in his hands. He was happy, for lack of a better word. All the hell of the past three weeks vanished within a few moments (and a few beers) and he laid on the roof content. Snuggled up next to him was one of his secretaries, who he had taken with him to get royally wasted. Things were going to be confusing the next morning for sure. "Ah hell,", the ambassador thought to himself, "All this shit can wait. For now, we fucking won." And with that last bit of cognitive thought passing through his brain he closed his eyes and passed the hell out. Up above one last piece of the WSA flew overhead, adding a beautiful streak of light to the already lit up sky.

Bosphorus Callig and his assistant George sat in the very large and very complex control station for a rather large gun on the front of a rather non-WSA ship. George stood behind the ambassador, like always, and, like always, the ambassador was drinking. Scotch this time, swirling it around happily in one hand while watching the vote on his mobile device with the other. George grinned as the countdown hit 0, but the ambassador merely smiled.
"Well let's fire already!" George said, his inebriated self very excited. Bosphorus shook his head. Bloody lightweight, George needed to enjoy the moment, drunk or not. Bosphorus dropped his mobile device and waited. He wanted to savor the moment as much as possible. The SS Thief's WSA issued ships lay before him on the screens, their jagged, poorly designed metal enticing him, asking him to blow them up, like a beautiful young woman beckoning him into her bedroom with a thinly veiled nude dance. He resisted the urge, however. Just a few minutes...
Right on time. A man ran in, dressed in military garb, low rank judging by the decorations, or lack thereof.
"Telegram for you sir." The man said, offering a small envelope to the ambassador. Bosphorus took it, his smile growing wider despite his attempts to resist. He opened it slowly, licking his scotch stained lips. He pulled it out bit by bit. First enjoying the finely printed and stamped WA insignia and title. Then the 'To: The ambassador(s) of the SS Thief.' Then line by line, word by word, letter by letter, he enjoyed the contents of the envelope. He sighed as he laid back, as if he was already done celebrating, but the lucious poorly designed curves of the WSA ships at their disposal yet again beckoned to him, inviting him, teasing him, wanting him...
I've had way too much to drink. he thought as he slowly grabbed the aiming sticks in front of him. He liked how they felt, the cold metal against his sweaty skin. He wondered why he was sweating so much. When he realized he was breathing heavily through his mouth he understood, though. He watched as the small aiming reticle centered slowly on the ships, the small dot just barely shaking from his drunk hands. He sucked in as much air as his lungs could take, then promptly threw it all out as he screamed bloody murder, pushing down on both fire buttons.
For almost a full minute his scream went on, the whole while laser beams and missiles flew out on the screens in front of him, revealing his destruction to himself and the entire ship. When he was done, and not a single piece of scrap metal could be seen, he sighed and collapsed in his chair, going limp.
He slowly reached into his coat and removed his pipe, lighting it with a match in his pocket.
"Ohhh baby..." He groaned out. He waited for a few more moments before spinning around in his chair and walking out, pulling George behind him by the arm.
"Come on George, let's go party and make some more bad decisions!"

The Ambassador for the Islamic Cooperative is found sitting on a chair behind the WA building, his eyes gazing to the dark bay in front of him. He drank another sip of the overpriced bottled water he bought from the minimarket inside the WA building, and contemplate this victory. It is a hard fought victory, yes, with a massive media campaign from both sides, but despite all that the repeal has passed. It's really a sense of anti-climax, now there's nothing to do for several days, until the proposals start pouring again. "O God,", the ambassador though to himself, "We won, but now what ?." Up above one last piece of the WSA flew overhead to the airport, further adding to the sense of anti-climax. "That bastard used to control us." The ambassador slowly said. "Cunning bastard, that Ambassador from Bitely that managed to create that.." The ambassador then decided tp return to his official house. There's those long, sleepless nights to be addressed...
