None of our functioning printers have disappeared recently.
We also wish to inform you that four interns were arrested yesterday in a rather affluent district of Stelloniville. We intend to charge them with trespassing on government property and attempting to steal government property. The former charge is punishable with a fine of 500 astras on the first offense, but the latter charge is punishable with up to 12 months of imprisonment and/or a fine of up to 5,000 astras.

You haven't played much RP, have you? Anyway, even assuming that the resolution which created the World Assembly Headquarters was repealed and everyone built their own embassies to the World Assembly (in their own nation for some reason?, that doesn't even make sense), by standard role-play rules, you cannot mandate that the other player takes some certain amount of damage, except for comedic effect.

Thus, I can shatter Bell's vodka bottle with my bullet due to comedy, but even if I charge his mass of interns, it is up for him to decide how much damage those interns take (which, apparently, in reality defying manner, is none). If this were an RP inside your own nation, which I remind you it isn't, you would be allowed to send police after the interns, but not immediately establish that they were arrested and charged.

Secondarily, you don't have an ambassador to the World Assembly. He resigned, and hence, is not an ambassador to the World Assembly.

That's like saying (when I inevitably am no longer Delegate of Europe), what are you talking about I AM CLEARLY STILL EUROPE'S DELEGATE BAH I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY! I AM STILL DELEGATE!. Ridiculous, yes. Why? Because it is. You are no longer a World Assembly member. Thus, you cannot have an ambassador to an organisation you are no longer accredited to.

Many people in Europe do that. We have many more WA members who do endotarting than we do active voters. Just goes to prove that you can be part of the World Assembly and not vote (just as I do not vote as Europe's Delegate on Security Council matters).
