Voting against this resolution because of the lack of something in clause 3 that would be reasonable for the poorest nations (even clause 4 may be difficult).
Poor nations may be forced into taking measures that are an issue for others (like choosing the most polluting solution for short term best productivity), and adding more rules that would make such a nation a pariah can only result as having it cut from the international community while accumulating hazards until they are dangerous for everybody.
Poor nations cannot be ignored like that.

I also note the lack of inactivity on this thread, surely a sign that those naysayers do not have enough base to their arguments to voice them. Good work!

The people of Losthaven already have one of the best healthcare systems in the world. We don't require this law and already have policies that far exceed the provisions of this act.

Our legal department found nothing particularly objectionable here, and desiring to help people living in less-enlightened places, we cast our vote FOR this proposal.

I do agree. Very much. My only question is how will you get the fundings for this? This would be extremely expensive. There is no possible way you find enough money unless you saved up for thirty years or so. This much to costly at this state of time.

This will be paid for the same way all WA programs are paid for.
