Like Marine Debris, there is another form of Debris called space debris that has accumulated in the space surrounding our planet. Many nations send spacecrafts to space for space missions. But, due to the lack of research in the area of reusable space shuttles, many of the boosters in the space surrounding the Earth remains extremely polluted, and may have adverse impacts in the future. This little effort, is a step on scientific advancement. The act is of mild strength, and needs financial support. Is it possible that such an act be formed?

Would this be something that Debris Prevention doesn't already take care of?
