Recognizing that, in the last time, raiders became a serious problem, and, therefore, WA nations and denfeders must strengthen their armies;

Wishing to improve national armies and raise military budgets;

Seeking to stop the big amounts of WA nations being invaded by raising military-related budgets;

1. Declares that any WA member which doesn't have a big army shall raise it's army and make it bigger;

2. Requires that member nations boost their military and police budgets, so the security in and around the WA nations increases significantly;

3. Permits member nations and attacked member nations to use any kind of weapon possible (except nuclear and biological weapons) to stop the invader;

4. Grants member nations the right to report other member nations which attack them, so invaders of their own assembly are restricted;

5. Affirms that this resolution will decrease the economy but increase the defense budget;

6. Clarifies that this resolution won't affect in any way the invader and defender regions.

Your proposal is illegal because it mentions regions. To the GA, regions do not exist, and I am pretty sure any mention of them is metagaming, and hence, illegal.

OOC: Also you're conflating raiding gameplay and WA role play with the military stat. This isn't some automatic machine you can put words into so you can stat wank later. Look to past resolutions as an example- you can't just say "increase the thing"

My nation has a massive military budget because we have a huge Empire and Colonies to defend. Other nations choose, for various reasons, to have No military. That is best left up to each nation to decide based on their own particular situation. Not for somebody to come in and mandate some one-size-fits-nobody decree that ALL should have "bigger armies".

Our nation does not support this either. The WA cannot force any nation to increase their military, only allow it. Which is already done.
