That would be a tall order to fill, and I would not recommend that you attempt to come up with such a resolution. You will more than likely have nations argue that it is not an international issue, and I agree.

"Ha. Hahaha. Not likely. There are two resolutions on the books protecting that: one allowing life saving medical abortions and one preventing bans on all abortions. Better men have tried to strike them down and failed. Just don't."
