First you need more substance then just 3 lines in your post second be detailed look at other resolutions to see how well their written as in the details and quality of the writing. Plus you need to state what nations this will affect and how in details.

If the ambassador would care to examine past resolutions, they might notice that there are a lot more words in actual resolutions. These words do things, so they're pretty necessary.
The ambassador should thus consider the implications of his own words, which would be complete destruction of all economies.

Are you trying to start the Last War? With fucking 65% of citizens in the army (to say nothing of the navy, the aerospace force, the marines, the space marines, or whatever other service branches nations may have), the economic output of the World Assembly will screech to a fucking halt like a crash test dummy hitting a brick wall. Even with total industrialization (not to say collectivization) of farms, and conscription of all non-farming non-soldiers into the factories, 35% of a national population can't support the other 65% as what amount to free-riders economically speaking. Everyone will starve and freeze and be left without ammunition, so just before the crisis hits, what do you think happens? Literally every country will attack every other country and try to take all their shit so they don't all fucking starve, and then the tiny few of whoever's left will be in a hell of a fix trying to rebuild everything.

Equally as important as other ambassadors' advice that you look at resolutions to see how they're written, is to also look at basic facts and reality, so as not to confuse what is possible with what adolescent fascists wish in their most fucked-up wet dreams were possible.

Um, not to be rude, but this isn't a proposal.

It's just a couple of lines describing something that, even if it was a proposal, wouldn't have a chance in hell to pass.

You really need to look over the rules, understand BBCode, and work with someone who can translate the idea into an actual, formal proposal.
