My preferance, personally, is to be active in debates for no less than four months, but I feel like you'll whine if I say that, so ten real drafting debates, then you get your pen back." Bell winks, "You could always just get a new pen, I guess, but you'll find my way far more rewarding in the end."

OOC: Speaking from my own experience with the World Assembly this advice here is the best you are going to get. Otherwise you get the longer and much more bloody path of getting drafts torched and torn for months on end before you get one that only gets a tiny bit crispy. Take some time to learn the ropes, figure out how you want your nation to play out and then *stop by the Lexicorian Lemonade Stand* grab a lemonade and get drafting!

I propose an optional world funded program that adds a tax that will create a globally funded program to build an atomizer that destroys trash safely and efficiently crates sustainable energy for their country. This is for any country that has the tax and has gave the money to the program.
