OOC: I'm not convinced you would even need to repeal this (and every other resolution) to fix that problem anyway. You could pass an 'Unfunded Mandate Act' giving the WAGF permission to fund all WA-related expenses. Possibly. If you could find a category, and it wasn't ruled an amendment. But repealing a mild resolution for that reason is an utterly bizarre place to start.
I see you have a point ambassador, my purpose would probably be served in a more effective way doing that, which I will start working on along with my Biodiversity Sanctuary Act and Repeal of The Read The Resolution Act. Thank you for your input.

To be clear, I wasn't suggesting you actually do that: just that writing these kinds of repeals is the wrong place to start. Your rather bizarre ideas on what the WAGF should pay for are not something I'd want to see written into law.
