[Question] what is the WA stance on political Asylum

Can anyone tell me if a Political asylum act currently exists in the WA and if so the resolution number so i might read it

As far as I know, there have been many resolutions on the ethical treatment of prisoners and their extradition from one country to another. As far as I know, political asylums are perfectly legal at this very point between two countries that refuse to recognize the legitimacy of the other's laws for which the subject is wanted.

You can usually find such things for yourself by searching in the Passed Resolutions thread.

1. Go here.

2. In the top left-hand corner of the page, under the Passed World Assembly Resolutions title, you'll see a box with "Reply" in red, and next to it a blank "Search" bar.

3. Type in a key word that you might find in a discussion about the topic -- I used "extradition" -- and click the magnifying-glass Search symbol.

4. That will return a number of hits showing posts in which the word is used. If you find one that looks like what you want, look in its bottom right-hand corner and click on the "Jump to post" line.

5. If you get a lot of hits, you can further refine your search by typing another key word in the "Search these results" box (same place as the original "Search" box: top left-hand corner).
