As I have started the task of creating a new region, I have lost the ability to propose WA legislation. This resolution is now up for grabs by anyone who wants to re-post and debate.

Attempting to meddle in the electoral processes of sovereign Nations is well beyond the purview of this body.
This would not only do that but would also trespass upon their respective justice systems as well by dictating punishment and rehabilitation
policy.

Frankly In those nations that have voting, it is and always should be their decision on whom may vote and for what reasons.
Some nations only allow voting for those that own property, or that hold a noble title, or that have earned citizenship through various means.

Not all voting systems are created equal.

Why? It was dead, and everyone was better for it....
