It's not what the Flood's scientist or any nation's scientist states as scientific facts. It's what the so-called 'international' scientific community states are scientific facts. Basically, all public schools in WA nations are required to teach science as the WA dictates it to them. It does not take into account a nation's ideology or religious views into account. Nor does it permit parents to have a say in what their children are exposed to. It does not it take into account that not every student will be able to take part in regular hands-on laboratory work. Or that schools will have the funding to provide regular hands-on laboratory work in physics, chemistry, biology, or astronomy.
