Under this proposal, you public schools can not teach that the existence of God and the innerancy of the Catholic faith are scientific facts. Your public schools will only acknowledge that are published in reputable, peer-reviewed science publications as science fact.

"What if the scientists of the Flood are unanimous on the matter?"

"Well, there are always foreign publications available. Unless the Flood bans those...that would make it difficult for the Flood to have any meaningful scientific advancement, though, unless your trains run on pure Faith-tane^TM. It seems a bit catch-22ish, as ascribing natural occurrences to acts of god seems to discourage future investigation, but I'm not aware of the Flood's philosophy on the matter, so I may be way off."

It's not what the Flood's scientist or any nation's scientist states as scientific facts. It's what the so-called 'international' scientific community states are scientific facts. Basically, all public schools in WA nations are required to teach science as the WA dictates it to them. It does not take into account a nation's ideology or religious views into account. Nor does it permit parents to have a say in what their children are exposed to. It does not it take into account that not every student will be able to take part in regular hands-on laboratory work. Or that schools will have the funding to provide regular hands-on laboratory work in physics, chemistry, biology, or astronomy.
