After psychological breakdowns and a reevaluation of the policies of the realm, the Lion in Council decided to reorganize the various bureaucracies responsible for International Relations. Therefore, Mr. Gatwick has been transferred away, and is replaced by Dr. Crick, who will - for the first time in history - be resident in the WA Headquarters as the Chief Representative. She will be at the Headquarters four to five days a week. Joe Symonds, who has been Charges d'Affaires ad Interim while Mr. Gatwick was inebriated at the Stranger's Bar, will remain as Deputy Chief Representative responsible for (a) Security Council affairs and (b) overall affairs while Dr. Crick is home with her family, and while she is teaching at the University of Moronist Decisions.

However, the Lion holds a very tight grip on foreign affairs, and voting without approval of the Lion in Council is punishable as petty treason.

A Secretary II (Robert Smithers) runs the intern program (4-5 students from the University of Moronist Decisions) and is responsible for strategic planning and drafting. Fun facts: They are easily bribed with cheese and are a fringe-nation that broke off from a more powerful nation. The nation of Three Weasels while mostly independent relies on its mother nation for military support.

Padorin's only living blood relations are his sisters, Admiral Sasha Padorin of the USSMNDF and Sergeant Major Christine Padorin of the USSMGDF. Sasha is a skilled tactician at sea and on land, most recently put in charge of anti-terrorist operations in Afghakistan. Christine was a member of a human relief brigade and is now the face of antiterrorism in the USSM, recovering from injuries and sexual abuse by terrorist captors.
Education: Doctorate in International Studies, Arlington University
Employment: Padorin got his start running a black market in high school, selling everything from pencils to cigarettes out of his and other lockers. After graduation, he ran a small gas station in Arlington, all the while getting his degree. He then went immediately into the Kingdom Of Marcheria's Diplomatic Corps up until the 2004 Socialist Revolution. After the revolution, new Premier Maxwell P. Alben saw his ability in politics and made him WA delegate.
Background: Ilya Marcus Padorin was born to 2 loving college professors in 1978 in Arlington, the Kingdom of Marcheria. He led a normal childhood, showing unusual skill on the golf range. He won the Junior Marcher's Cup in 1990 at the age of twelve, but was subsequently banned from all golfing events when it was discovered that he used an RC ball. In high school, he was the big man on campus at Brady D. Lyons High School. He got everyone the contraband they wanted that was banned under the tyrannical Principal Lillis(soda, tobacco, jazz music) and a total of thirty aborted fetuses in stem-cell research labs throughout his high school career were determined to be of his sperm. In college, he ran a sleazy Mobil station, studying while he worked to graduate with a fairly attained 3.9 GPA. By this time, it was 2002, and revolutionary feelings were brewing. When open revolt broke out and his family joined the fight on the side of the Socialists, Padorin did his part by planting a bomb at the KOM Justice Ministry before he left for rebel lines. During the war, he was the diplomatic liaison to several nations supporting the rebels. After Rebel victory, Premier Maxwell P. Alben realized his talent and immediately made him WA ambassador. Padorin now resides in a lavish penthouse in the USSM's capital city of Millennia. This luxury apartment with a view is frequented by many the attractive intern or page, and wild parties are said to be thrown there often.
Fun facts: Padorin's black market locker is now a national historic landmark.

Family: Born into a relatively impoverished family in Tarhuntassa, he is directly descended from Grand Librarian Emä Taranton, who was overthrown along with Aatem Nal rule by the Republic of Snefaldia. He was elevated to Minister of World Assembly Affairs under the administration of Chancellor Ren Dirh.
Politics: Formerly a Liberal Democrat, he resigned from the party during the September Crisis which deadlocked the Parliament to close ranks with Chancellor Anzapahhadu Mugallu. He is center-left on most fiscal issues, but very far to the left on social issues. A semi-devout adherent of Aatem Nal but without a rank or grade, he has been critical of the hierarchical leadership in the institutions of the faith, arguing for a more democratic emphasis on conclaves and synods.

Family: Bhai has two parents, both of whom are still alive. His dad, Mahauk Kha, age 50, is an engineer. His mom, Unaluk Roi-Kha, age 47, is a doctor who works at the Mahaj National Hospital in Mahar. Bhai has two siblings, a younger sister and an older brother. Background: DeSouza first emerged as a prominent politician during the popularity of the L.A.S.E.R. After serving the full tenure of two, four year terms, DeSouza began to accumulate national recognition and was appointed Ambassador to Kenstar. After preventing one of the bloodiest wars in AA history, he was appointed the WA Ambassador of the Antarctic Alliance shortly after. However, during the reign of Antonio Salazar, he was nominated as vice president, and served that position for half of Salazar's tenure; 34 years. After the Schism within the L.A.S.E.R. His own parents were killed in the bombardment, and a 14 year old Augustus informally joined the Defence Force as a "Deed Rabbit," a child non-combatant volunteer. Participating over the next two years, he was enlisted at the age of 16 and was present at the Miracle at the Save. With the end of the war he remained in the Defence Force and worked for a commission. His family farmland was placed under the care of a distant cousin. Commission as a Leftentant at 18 in the Chard Rifles, Augustus was a part of The Chase and served several tours. Growing older he expressed an interest in diplomacy and was routinely used as a negotiating officer during truces and indig issues. During this time he went back to school and earned a masters in international relations. He began to cross-qualify for positions with the Foreign Office, and over a year ago was granted the prestigious title of Ambassador-Plenipotentiary for overseas diplomacy. Finally several weeks ago with the Dominion's entrance to the World Assembly, he was named Ambassador the World Assembly.
Politics: Member of the Southron Front party back home; at the World Assembly he believes in a policy of pragmatic compromise, meaning that it isn't the WA's place to try and micromanage every aspect of a sovereign nation's affairs.

Family: His parents died during the War of the Races in 1994. His brother, Roberchev, is currently the head of the Polish Nationalist Party and holds the Secretary of Finance seat in the Executive Branch. His sister, Rachel, is currently a financier for the Interantional Bank of Dilange and is currently running a volunteer program for giving homes to the homeless at a small price.

He has been married to Francesca Aroboro, a lawyer at Aroboro and Richburg Law Firm in Krepestila Polska, for seven years. THey have three sons: Yoni, Marco, and Roman. They are 14, 10, and 7. They all attend Arbituary Central School in Maskey, Dilongio, Dilange.

Family: Lord Síochána was raised as a normal boy in New East Ireland. His parents were members of the Civil Rights and Love Movement, which later developed into the Civil Rights Party, the leading party in the nation. As such, Lord Síochána was exposed to many things, and gained a love of alcohol when we was 22. Unlike him and his parents, his cousin Jackson (whom he later inherited the title of Lord from) was a staunch conservative before his death.

Background: Being born in Fort Ferrevul is something of a gift. This is because Fort Ferrevul is filled with more civil rights than the rest of the country (that's saying something). He gained his title of nobility when he inherited it from his cousin, Jackson Síochána, who was a staunch conservative. Lord Síochána, against his cousin's wishes, joined the Civil Rights Party, and became a member of the National Council in 2001, representing his home city of Fort Ferrevul. As one of the most admired politicians in the nation, and one of the last nobles from the time of the monarchy, he was given the honour of becoming the World Assembly Ambassador for New East Ireland in 2006. Sadly, he never quite made it to any events due to the fact that he replaced his computer with a telegraph machine.
Fun facts: His middle name is PinkFloyd. He is also a homosexual, and a wonderful chef.

Name: The Most Honourable The Marquess of Raekevik, Christian Green
Age: 29
Birthplace: Wilborg, Alqania
Family: Christian Green was born the oldest child of four parents. He has five younger siblings. He is unmarried and has no children.
Education: MA, the Queen's Academy of the Arts and Humanities
Employment: Christian worked in different positions in Her Majesty's Chancery prior to being created a Marquess by the Queen. He was eventually promoted to Vice Chancellor for Cultural Exchange, a position he held until the Queendom joined the World Assembly and he was appointed Ambassador.
Background: Being born a commoner in the capital, Christian enjoyed a rather typical middle-class lifestyle. At university, he met and subsequently fell in love with the Alqanian Crown Prince. Their romantic relationship lasted for three years and when Christian was created a Marquess by the Queen, many speculated that the two were planning to get engaged. The relationship ended however, for reasons that have not been made public, and their contact diminished, though they are still to this day on good terms. During his relationship to the Crown Prince, although throughout most of it he retained his status as commoner, he adopted the more lavish lifestyle associated with Alqanian royalty. Following his creation as Marquess, the break-up did not hinder him from continuing to maintain such a lifestyle. The appointment as WA Ambassador has however meant that he is cut away from the Alqanian scene, although the staff parties in the Alqanian office are rumoured to be indicative of his nature as a party animal.
Fun facts: When at home in the Queendom, the Marquess usually wears very little or no clothing
