Already exists... give me a moment and I will find the resolution.

Edit: I lied. The old version was repealed so it seems to be open for a re-draft. However, this draft is lacking in content.

The UnDelegate looked up from reading the paperwork and shook his head

"My initial comment is: just how do you propose to stop people from committing these 'terrorist acts' based on religious beliefs? You can say they are prohibited all you wish, but it in no way keeps them from it. Laws don't stop criminals, and terrorists are just criminals. Most nations have laws against terrorist acts already, what makes religiously motivated ones any different, or special. And for some nations religion is politics/ the government. Are you trying to make theocracies illegal?"

“This isn’t a proposal, it’s merely a series of assertions - some fallacious – and rather meaningless comments.”

“The amount of work needed to turn this in to anything resembling a proposal is enormous, and I sincerely doubt it can be fashioned into a proper one.”

OOC: Can’t ban ideologies - ie a theocratic government ( religious government ) so keeping religion out of politics /government is a no- go

Right. Then it was replaced.

Um, I think you all missed the central point. We already have a terrorism resolution. Therefore, any discussion on this one is moot.

You know, bossman, maybe we should let him continue, and let Hack and his modly flamethrower deal with him once it get submitted. Besides, while he's focused on this, he'll be less likely to get involved with anything else.

Now we're pimping threads here?

Since this is clearly duplication, I think I'll just go find my modlock.

It's around here somewhere...
Now the stars they are all angled wrong,
And the sun and the moon refuse to burn.
But I remember a message,
In a demon's hand:
