International Education Act
A resolution to promote funding and the development of education and the arts.
Category: Education and Creativity
Area of Effect: Educational
Proposed by: Confederacy of corporate freedom
Description: Recognises: that not all countries provide easily accessible or public education to their citizens
Beliefs: that the right to learn something or anything is irrevocable from any sapient being and the lack of provision to do so from some source contributes greatly to social and economic inequality, especially in countries with free economies.
Further beliefs: that many nations only provide education to those who can afford it, making middle classes thrive, but further economically oppressing a poor or working class by not allowing them to obtain the proper skills to gain economic stability in their nation.
Further recognises and believes: that many nations wrongly prohibit the right to education and learning to certain individuals, which is morally unjust and allows puppeteering and propagandas to happen without any adhering to the public eye, and, therefore, the lack of civil and human rights indirectly.
Identifies: education as the obtaining of any knowledge, and all knowledge.
understands: that education is the gateway to understanding the world around you, whether it be politics or science, and therefore required for the betterment of either of the two categories., and in most cases, the betterment of the individual
This proposal requires member nations to:
1)) provide funding to an internationally based education system that allows equal and non-bias education for all who seek it.
2)) Allow any one of their citizens to participate in the furtherment of their education- whether it be the schools of their nation or the international system stated above
3)) allow citizens to use the international service, but not require it. They may still require National education though if they seek to.
----
Any nation that does adhere to these conditions will be punished severely, and all those affected will be compensated by the international education fund.
